I signed up for monthly unlimited drive through car washes, and I haven't had any issues except for occasionally long wait times. Not sure what they can do about it though, since they are popular. I just move on to other errands and return later. The monthly fee is very reasonable for unlimited basic drive through car washes. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. I do wonder how often equipment within the wash is cleaned or refreshed between cars, especially at crowded times when multiple cars go through closely spaced. Should they space cars farther apart? But then the wait times would be longer. It seems great for what it is, a basic car wash. read more

Have been trying to cancel my monthly membership for weeks now. When I go to the car wash I'm told to go online or contact customer service for membership cancellations. Their website and app are a joke and essentially useless for trying to cancel service. Customer service is nonexistent! I have been calling customer service which always seem to get pushed to voicemail and receive no response after leaving all my information. This is consistent no matter what time I call. I now believe the monthly membership is a SCAM and am seriously considering reporting it to the BBB. I haven't had any issue with the place itself and have to cancel due to financial reasons. Driven Car Wash is a JOKE! We have two cars, we had two accounts. We noticed 3 charges on our account. We discovered we were paying for another persons account plus ours. We cleared that up and we moved from two accounts to the family plan. We were then overcharged for the family plan and a single account. Customer service cannot help with anything. They say "we are just customer service and we have to escalate this to a manager" . You are never able to speak to a manager. Customer service does not call you back to update. I asked for the so called Manager "Jeff" to call me back several times. No call back. I went to the Hickory Hills facility to talk to him face to face because they said he would be there. He was not. Last week, after calling almost every day for two weeks in a row, Customer Service said to go to the facility and they would issue us new stickers for our windshield. We picked up the new stickers and immediately tried to go through the car wash that day, the account came up NOT PAID! The new stickers did not work. They couldn't figure out why. They said it was the reader. But these were new stickers and the other cars had no issues being read, just ours. After many attempts to cancel the account and get a refund for all of the over payments, we were finally able to get a promise of a refund. This was after 3+ weeks of calling and stopping by the Hickory Hills facility to talk to the "manager". We are still waiting to see the refund back on our credit card. BEWARE!! read more

Driven is a nice addition to the area. The monthly fast pass pays for itself in 2 washes and makes keeping your vehicle shiny convenient. I had a "freak incident" happen in their wash, where my antenna was cracked off. Driven was very accommodating to get my vehicle repaired and also put in a process on future washes, to prevent the damage from re-occurring. My only "complaint" - some of the employees sandwich cars through the wash. This is problematic for customers with Chrysler/Fiat (jeep) vehicles. CFA cars, newer than 2014, require the brake be pressed to shift from N to D... if the car behind you is too close, the entire car wash's safety stop engages. This creates backups in their line. read more

We went and paid for a Signature Wash 19.99 after waiting in line for over 45 minutes they came and told us the wash was broken. Have us a card to come back today. Went there right away when the opened. It was fixed but they only gave us the Original Wash which was NOT equal to what we paid. No difference in money was returned to me. Very shady company! Had a very negative experience with this company. They have young gentleman trying to sell you packages. I drove up to get an eight dollar car wash and he told me that it would be $15 and I could use it for the rest of the month. I told the young man that it was only a one time charge and he told me yes then next bank statement I see I get charged 2999 for a service. I did not agree to contacted the company and they tried some BS saying it was on the receipt and when I had a conversation with the gentleman telling me it was just until the end of the month, I didn't even keep the receipt. My husband went back the same day and got the same response because my husband doesn't allow anything to be taking out of our checking account automatically so we were surprised to see two charges for the 2999 and the company is very shady not willing to refund the money just kept saying it's on the receipt. Went there yesterday for the first time. Clean and busy place and running like a tight clock. I realized when I got home that one of my front tow hinge covers had fallen off, so I emailed the shop wondering if it was there. Not only they responded by email within minutes, they looked for the part and went into the trenches and found it! I am impressed by their promptness, willingness to help and how courteous everyone was: Chris, Max, Richard. I also got compliments on my car cleanliness yesterday and today. I been coming here for a year now been a loyal customer since they open. I noticed scratches being put on my car I been a car detailing cars for over 20 years to notice these scratches after a car that been buffed and waxed and parked since September in a garage since only to go get the dust off the car to notice the brushes damaging my car and was told by a manager that the scratches were on my car with I have pictures of removing all the scratches after cutting the surface with a buffer and compound and a certain pad for people that don't have no knowledge about detailing and car washes should not be in management because if you get a car that have any type of rust damage that comes thru the car wash will leave metal particles on the brushes and I also notice on they daily to do list or monthly or annual they do not have no maintenance to there brushes and was told my scratches come from somewhere else I hope this review help you change your mind about where you go to get your car wash brushes will damage your paint in many forms read more
