This is my regular place I appreciate the "kids" that work there for their kind & gentle yet professional demeanors. As far as the facility, I've heard there's going to be big updates. The only thing I'd probably say i would've already wanted is Apple Pay at the drive through bc I'm often misplacing my actual card Either way, the staff is so great & always so helpful. I always get great washes on our multiples of vehicles in our family. It is a further car wash from us but I will still be a member even though another wash just opened up nearer to our home which now we're also members of. I have to, it was a result of a direct & specific prayer as is the newest Taco Bell to me. I feel so loved Anyway, check out WashU. & people!! Please stop taking the towels they provide for free USE! Use it & leave it, please If there's vacuums not working properly, please inform them. They're great at keeping everything at good standards & clean. I have a monthly subscription with the works, and at the beginning when it was new , the machines were great the wash was great. The service has declined, the machines are not washing well, They never dry the vehicle. It always has soap still on it when I leave out. It doesn't appear to have wax , and 4xs the rollers didn't work to push my truck through, and I had to drive out the car wash myself. And get the attendant assistance to get out the car wash. And multiple times I have gotten a wash and the tire shine light wasn't on , so I don't know if I received the tire shine , or not if the light isn't on , which comes with my package. The conveyor isn't strong, and doesn't keep your vehicle aligned and the rollers always struggling to get you through the car wash. Some maintenance is needed here to get things more efficient and working productively again. In the meantime, I'm going to go to another one. read more

Yaya, Enrique, and Amanda were so friendly. They're young, well groomed and polite. They recommended the 20 wash and my car got super clean.

I have to give this place a honest review so here it is I brought my car here to give it a wash so I bought the $15 option thinking it was going ti get pretty clean. It did not, it felt like they gave me the cheapest wash that they offered. And so I complained and went to talk to the worker there and gave me another wash and the same thing happened the car was not washed properly again! And so then I went to talk to the manager asking for my money back and he said that because of the company's policy he can't refund me my money but he said he can give me another wash, the best car wash offer that they offer there which it was a wash of $20 and so I agreed I said let's wash it again. These pictures are after the third wash I washed the car! The car still didn't get cleaned. They say it was a $20 wash but I believe they are scamming people and have their cars washed with the cheapest option, at least that's how it was for me! After I got out of the car wash I took pictures of how "WELL" it was cleaned, you can see the top of the car, the rear ended of the car, the wheels, you also see the hood and back trunk that were not cleaned and this was after the 3rd time of washing it, the dirt could easily come off just by wiping it off with my finger! I have been using a monthly membership here for approximately a year (I just ended my monthly membership 2 days ago). I would say this is an average location. I just purchased a new vehicle and will hand wash it for a few months. One of my top reasons for making a decision is the care and attention of the employees in the lanes. I feel like they do not space out the cars enough at Wash U. I do not want to risk my car being hit. There have been several instances where I felt that the car behind me was super close to me. I hope that Wash U re-evaluates their distance between cars. Some days they have adequate staffing but other days they will have one lane open and multiple employees standing in that one lane entrance with a long line of cars. Their employees do a lot of talking and laughing while they have long lines customers. Vacuums are nice and typically function well. When you have to get out of your car and go in staff is pretty helpful. I would like it noted that I am making these observations as a person who washed my car on average at least 3-5 times per week there over the last year at varying times of the day. I plan to try it again in the future within the next few months. However, those are a couple of things (distance between cars and typical wait times) that I will be looking at before signing up to be a monthly customer again (or a customer period) or recommending this location to anyone. read more

Who'd ever thunk that the most popular and hottest place in Burbank is this car wash. It's a new gas station, it's pricey if you're here for a one time cleaning but the lines are as long as waiting at the drive thru at a Portillos. Sure your car gets cleaned but it's such a long wait. read more

Who ever is saying this is an average car wash hasn't been to an actual average car wash. I travel a couple extra miles to go to this fantastic location. I'm almost just afraid to say how great this location is because People will start lining up even faster when they experience a quality automatic wash. I'm grateful for this place. The layout of the business is perfect! You don't have a line of cars behind you as you're reversing from vacuuming. The line is separated from the lot you vacuum in. Worst experience ever I check my car daily for damages brand new have had it less then 7 months this car wash scratched my driver side quite a bit front driver side near windshield and rear driver side near window the manager lied an said the machine could not make those scratches because the angle I literally checked before I went they were not there I got the wash began vacuuming and noticed the ones on the rear it would be one thing if the amount were just a couple but with as many as there are no way I did not see that and I have a ring camera I have proof of me checking my car daily those scratches were not there....... read more

I will never go back here again. the staff is little to none. there was one staff member trying to jungle both drives thru. as soon as she directed me in and i put my car in neutral she hopped to the other line and the man behind me didn't wait for her to come back to direct him to go and his dumb ass pulled in behind me and didn't put his car in neutral. he hit my car hard af in his big ass truck and I had to sit there until the car wash was over frantic and angry and the owner did nothing but tried to give me a few free washes. FOH. when this could've been avoided had they had staff on both lanes. read more

For the most part I'd say this car wash is good, I do have to spot clean here and there even with the most expensive wash. Really enjoy the vacuum area though. 100% recommend having a membership for fast entry and in the winter, very worth it. read more

Honestly was very impressed with this car wash. Typically I don't expect much from the $3 car wash places but this was different. I did do the $15 car wash but my car was spotless afterwards. Typically other places my car would still be dirty so I started washing the car at home. Figured I'd try this place cause I needed to vacuum the cat hair from my car. They have 3 lanes to select services. Two different car washes you can enter which saves time. And a tooooon if vacuums. The vacuums hav the tiny nozzle that's easier to get into small spaces unlike the big ones other places use. read more

Love this Carwash. I wash my car 3-4 times a month and saw me spending $15 every-time. Now I have the monthly $20 one and love it because sometimes I'm bored and wash my car twice a week. I love the mat cleaning machine in the center though sometimes it is too dirty and leaves it dusty which I hate!! But overall I like this Carwash. Waiting for the vaccums to come back because they took it off I think because of something with COVID, idk. read more

This car wash is the very definition of a chameleon. What it looks like hides what it really is. It has the appearance of an advanced good facility but what it really is is a below average washing facility. The one saving grace of this place is the excellent vacuums/vacuum area. The wash is barely competent; my car came out with areas on the body clearly missed by the apparatus. The dryers were inadequate as was the rinse portion of the wash as there was still soap on the car in places. If this place could couple the excellent vacuum area with a average car wash then this place would easily be a five star facility. Avoid this place if you want more than good vacuums. read more

Went there for the first time yesterday. Very mixed impressions. First, assbackwards way to enter wash. You have to drive past it (cannot enter from Cicero), turn on the side road and go past the wash itself. No real signage pointing the way. Get past wash and find entrance road from rear. Pull up to kiosk and gate only to find out they changed from a $3 wash to $5 wash. No signs warning about price increase anywhere - and they have an ELECTRONIC SIGN THAT SCROLLS. They wouldn't have to do anything but program something onto it. Can't back out once you're at the kiosk/gate, so you're stuck. Luckily they took plastic, otherwise there would have been a problem. Wash itself was decent. Lots of free vacuums and they all seem to be working. Would think about going back but the $3 to $5 increase with no warning whatsoever, despite having an electronic sign, is bullshit. I'll wash it at home and save the $5 and gas money. read more

I really never write any reviews but the only reason I'm writing this is because I want everyone to make sure you are getting the service you are paying for and not getting ripped off like I had been for months. But thank god I realized it now. I was monthly membership pretty much from day one, I really liked this car wash because it has 2 bays and lots of vac, and it's nice too you know, but I decided to cancel it on Tuesday, Because I noticed I wasn't getting the service I been paying for. I was paying for a package of $24.95 that included the underneath wash. A few months I noticed that the underneath wasn't getting cleaned I talked to a worker and they told me to rewash it and I let it go, and they told me again on Tuesday to re wash it and still didn't cleaned it. We own a business ourselves so to us Customer service is key and take the extra mile to get the problem solved not just give them they $ back but try to keep them from leaving. This is not the case here they refunded me my $ and never got a call from no one, as I was told I would. To me this is very poor service. I will now take my service back to Fullers which I left for this car wash. read more

I was rear ended during my car wash and told Wash-U was not liable. If the workers didn't put cars so close together, they could probably avoid all the accidents Burbank PD said they have at the Burbank location. The Manager even said accidents happen all the time so it seems like it would make sense to change the close proximity with which cars enter the car wash onto the conveyor. I would not even give this place one star if I could. We went there back in early January to get a car wash never been here so we though to give it a try. While in the wash we heard lots of bangs and shook our car. when we got home we noticed a chunk of paint missing we went back to this place and spoke with Mike he said that it was rust that caused the paint to come off ( I dont think so) People if you value your car and dont want it damaged take your business elsewhere. read more

Two weeks ago i had taken my car for an oil change and went to this car wash after that. I noticed two little dents on the hood of my car. At first i thought it was the mechanic, so I called him and told him. The mechanic didn't hesitate to show me a video of the whole time my car was there (good customer service btw) I came to this car wash yesterday and noticed another ding on the frame of my door. I called and no answer. I went in the next day, I asked to see a video of when my car went in and out.
