My husband got me a gift card for Niko's detailing after a few years of talking about a ham stain on my passenger seat. I got a gift certificate to honey baked ham for my work Christmas present and once I purchased my juicy ham, I placed him on the passenger seat. This was maybe 2017 or early 2018. The fat from the ham leaked onto my passenger seat. It was refractory to any of my cleaning. Sometimes I would think the ham stain had been finally deep cleaned out, but once it dried it was back with no evidence of an attempt of cleaning. I just accepted my lifelong ham stain after a while. My husband found Niko's auto detailing online and got me a gift card for my birthday. I was excited to think maybe the ham stain could ultimately be removed, but remained realistic. Niko did an excellent job with my car! I allow crumbs to accumulate and spills to be carelessly wiped up with my ham stain riding shot gun. But now my car looks brand NEW! Niko is a true professional when it comes to car detailing. I initially found a Groupon for his services. After messaging him on Facebook, we quickly got my appointment scheduled and I purchased a ceramic coating and engine cleaning as additionals. His pricing is very fair, and I was more than happy to tip him and his crew a couple of extra bucks. They labored away for 4 hours in a 3-man team. Typically, my past detailing experiences have been subpar - the insides are usually drenched in unpleasant chemicals and some areas aren't properly wiped off. Let me just say that Niko went above and beyond and his attention to detail is second to none. He even went the length to take off my license plates and clean the dirt and grime behind that area. None of the insides were improperly wiped down, and the interior was clean, but not overpowering with the smell of chemicals. I won't hesitate to procure his services again. read more

I try to give the benefit of the doubt to any new businesses I choose to buy services from...and this situation was no different. Communication was the biggest issue for me as well as customer service. I arrived at the address that was listed on Yelp (because I wasn't told otherwise) and once i arrived I called the owner and he said that wasn't their location and the true address was 6-7 minutes away. Supposedly he got me mixed up with "another client" who he told the address to. Mind you, we have a full Yelp messaging conversation that clearly shows no addresses were exchanged. Also, the #1 REASON I even reached out to have my car detailed was because I NEEDED the engine bay cleaned de to a rodent infestation. That was my main goal. The interior detailing came with the package they offered so I said sure why not do that alongside the engine cleaning since it needed to be cleaned as well. When I arrived to pick up my car, the owner showed me the interior detailing (which was truly great!) and when I mentioned the engine bay he stated he didn't think I wanted that because, again, I was mixed up with "another client" who canceled their engine cleaning that day. Well guess what...I wasn't that client! I specifically mentioned that needed to be cleaned in my messages when booking and it wasn't completed. He didn't even offer to cover that service because of HIS mix up, I was still expected to come back AGAIN and pay for it full price. I was extremely disappointed. read more

I was very impressed with how organized he was and making sure he ask me before beginning on my Jeep Wrangler. This was my first time having some come to my garage & given my Jeep a detail. Unfortunately, I need one urgent because there was an accident that happens my friend happen to put inside my vehicle in the seat got stain. Niko was able to explain in detail what I need to get done for the smell and stain to be removed. After he was done detailing my Jeep I felt like it was extremely clean & fresh. I purchased a used luxury vehicle last week, and shortly there after I discovered a rank smell, before i took it I took it Eco Quick Steam, I took it to one other place that I found yelp on who said they could deodorize the car without issue. That ended up not being the case, and they told me to have the car reupholstered. When i received the car back, the interior of the car was filthier than when I had taken it in with new oil smudges on the gray leather seats and the like. While they offered to address my concerns, I figured I'd cut my losses. I called Eco Quick Steam, and though they have a very cool Mobile Detailing van, I didn't have a garage or parking lot available to them so they so the accommodated me by offering to let me visit their garage. After making an appointment, I took my car Robert and Nico and they were great, they communicated well, they heard my concerns and went out of there way to address them. They cleaned the trunk, the tire well, the water drainage canals, the air conditioning vents, the doors, they cleaned the cabin, including the ceiling, steamed the leather seats (restoring them to their former glory), and even the steering wheel. The washed and waxed my car, and even steamed my all weather mats. They offered to clean my engine but it was pretty clean already. Long story short, my "new to me" Mercedes Benz came out looking amazing, and now I can drive it with out nausea. I have another car that Robert and Niko will be giving their TLC. If your car is just a little gross, or just in need of a little attention. I suggest that trust them with your car and a little patience, they will take care of everything else. read more

My little Nissan Sentra had been driven around the countryside-- the interior was trashed- cloth seats with fuzz and stains, dashboard messy to bits, musty aroma, floor unkept et cetera. He and his workmate even took the time to wash the entire engine-- I believe he has posted a picture of it in the photos on Yelp! :D I am finally able to drive clients around in a professional looking vehicle. I mean they waxed the outside, and did every nook and cranny. It took them around 3 hours, I was in and out quickly for what I thought would be an overnight job. The location is convenient and they have such good customer service. Niko responds to requests quickly and gives frequent updates via text. The price was a *steal* for the amount of labor they put in. They were able to accommodate me on short notice which was crucial to me because I wasn't able to find anyone else with availability on such short notice! I will most definitely return and I recommend *anyone* who is looking for a quick, affordable, thorough car clean to try these guys out. I cannot recommend them highly enough! I had some damage on the exterior due to a dripping water pipe that I had not noticed for a couple months. By the time I did, the rust had cemented on the car and would not come off after multiple washes. I looked into detailIng and saw good reviews on Niko and decided to try it. Niko was absolutely awesome!!! I'm very picky about cleanliness so I am usually disappointed with every cleaning services but he REALLY impressed me with his attention to every little detail on the car. He was super friendly, professional, and kept me up to date with text on the status of when he would be finished, or photos of the car with questions/suggestions. My wife needs a her car done also and after dealing with Niko I text her while she was at work because I was so impressed with him and said she should also take hers there. I forgot to make a review when I got work done here but I will never forget how unprofessional the person running this business is. Dropped my car off and I noticed that my glove department had been yanked and I was no longer able to open it. My car was only about a year old & I locked it on purpose to keep my belongings safe. But I think someone got nosey and yanked it hard, breaking it. My partner called him to ask about the situation and we were respectful considering Niko was when we picked up the car. But the moment we even hinted that it was him or his people he became extremely defensive and began cursing! We were so surprised because he had come off friendly! I initially picked him because of the prices but it is not worth it if they cannot take accountability. We believe it had to do with the fact that this is not a business with its own space so he probably does not have the resources to pay for his mistakes. Not worth it! And after reading other reviews, you will see he has the same reaction. Don't own a business if you can't do it professionally!! OH AND I FORGOT TO MENTION! He ended up increasing the price so it wasn't as cheap as we thought - we were better off paying more somewhere with an actual space & protocol for mistakes. read more
