I showed up the following day and they were very accommodating anyway. I had a trunk latch issue on my Corolla which they said they could look at. They repaired my wife's BMW convertible top. These are pretty complex with a lot of switches. My problem was a rear window motor that was corroded and not reporting position properly. They basically quoted me very high prices so they would not have to work on my daughters truck. It's old and high miles but the engine is very strong. So now I'll tell my family members to take their high dollar vehicles some where else. The guy I talked to was very arrogant. Like he was too good to work on it. Driven Import is a nice addition to the Newnan community. Their prices are competitive and their work is top-notch. My Honda Accord needed a front axle brake job. A simple repair, but obviously a necessary one. Driven Import turned the rotors and installed the brake pads. All work was done correctly and they even gave me a ride home so that I could wait at home instead of their waiting room. They have a nice, clean shop floor. That's something I look for in a repair shop. If a place takes pride in their work environment, they'll take care of your car in the same fashion. Excellent service, transparent pricing and outstanding communication! I bought an older Porsche from out of state and couldn't get a ppi (not my usual approach). That said, I took it to Driven and they gave me an honest appraisal of what needed done. The car's 35 years old, so needed a lot done. Perry laid out the plan and was very good at keeping me appraised at changes and delays due to finding parts. He patiently worked his magic and found parts all over the globe. The crew then fixed everything on this long list and the car drives great! Mid way through the plan, I saw that Brandon also does audio and so I had them put in a new head and remove all the crazy upgrades from the last 35 years. What I have now is a very clean and crisp looking and sounding system! Finally, I believe that they priced all the labor very fairly and would not hesitate to use them again. I trust the mechanics and team at Driven Import Auto Care to correctly diagnose my car problems and fix them! Great customer service, excellent attention to detail. I have taken my car to them 3x over the last year, with various problems and questions, and they have fixed problems at reasonable cost, and even recommended one that I could wait and watch - rather than suggest additional work that would run up the final bill. Recently, I had taken my car for an oil change at one of those In/Out places, and they overfilled the oil so that it was dripping everywhere, including my garage floor. I went back to them, concerned about the excess, or screw / filter not tightened, or leak, and they claimed - No, not their mistake, and that it was Steering fluid leak, and also now I have broken CV boot which is slinging oil everywhere! Got the whole "little woman" treatment - ugh. Really regret going anywhere other than Driven Import. Took my car to Driven, and the guys thoroughly checked everything, found nothing wrong, cleaned up the mess, and reassured me that we had previously decided the CV joint was a Watch Item, and wait until it starts to make noise at the turns - or they could fix now also - my call. They spent over an hour, yet cut my cost for diagnostic, b/c they know I will return when I need to! I would highly recommend them to my friends and family, and especially to women! So often we get the Jerks who prey on us - but not so at Driven. You will get the straight story, a good service and reasonable price! read more

Driven Import Auto Care of Newnan, Georgia, overpriced their "vehicle diagnosis" for engine oil leaking issues on a Toyota truck. I paid $115 just for them to give me a quick quote priced at over $5,000 that near every single seal on the engine, transmission, and crankshaft needs replacement. There was no proof that the "professional auto technician" actually sourced all of the mentioned leaking problems. A real mechanic would have used a testing method and charged accordingly for that labor. There is just no way they could be accurate making such statements when they only had the keys to the vehicle for less than half a day. All I got was a fragmented statement of what was observed that proves nothing to me to even justify the $115 charge I paid. I am willing to bet the "professional auto technician" had the vehicle on the rack for less than 30 minutes with a little flashlight and made enough assumptions to purposefully overprice the estimate just to try to get out the headache of actually sourcing the issue...Well guess what; I think that tactic worked because I am not stupid enough to agree to overpaying. read more
