Where Felicia greeted with a cheerful good morning. What a great way to start a task that most don't want to do. The wait was not that long, check in was super easy had been there before. Gave my number, verified info and set down. They have coffee and water. The waiting room was clean and refreshing cold in this summer heat. Car was in the bay being inspected within a matter of mins Jonathan was introducing himself to me. Letting me know what would keep my car running at optimum performance. He was gracious enough to let me video the explanation about my brakes since I needed to discuss before moving forward with that repair. They make appts for the bigger repairs however, do also welcome walk ins if the need arrives. Check out was livey also even though it was time to hand over money. I was able to find coupons for services online, Julie applied them and when made sure I was set up to receive specials from them. Car in need of a oil change, tune-up or any other mechanical service do yourself and it a great service and go and see the great people. Wayne and his crew always treat us well and do a good job repairing our cars. They just fixed my daughter's Explorer and made sure it was right. For what all they did it was worth the money! I have gone to Precision Tune Auto Care for the last 7 years to get all my oil changes plus I get my car repaired there also. They are so fast doing my oil changes. I air in their nice office - the woman at the front desk is always so friendly. When I needed new brakes and a few other repairs over the year I would talk to the manager and I felt like he gave me a very fair quote on how much I would need to pay for repair. When I took my car in I would always just wait there while they worked on my car. It never seemed to take much time even the time I got new brakes not just brake pads. For standard automotive maintenance, these folks are the best. The service is comprehensive and fast. The Jeep I drive had oil leaking onto the starter, causing a short sometimes. I asked them to see if they could find the issue. The technician called me out and showed me the oil around the valve cover that was causing the problem, and I got an immediate and reasonable quote to fix the issue. I'm relatively new to Newnan. This was my 2nd visit to this location. The Customer Service alone was enough for me to come back. I needed a brake inspection and an oil change, so I decided to return here again because there were coupons in the mail for their shop. Stephanie at the front desk was very cordial. I told to her about a noise I was hearing, which I associated with brakes. She communicated this to the technicians. Tyler / Wayne were very thorough with their review of what I communicated as an issue. I received an oil change and a brake inspection w/repair recommendations. (They never heard the noise I'm still hearing, but suggested it may be resolved with recommended repairs.) It didn't take a long time to be serviced and the waiting area was clean. It seemed like they cared about the services they provided. Although, I'm always leery of places doing my rear brakes because no one ever seems to get it right, I will likely have the recommended work on my brakes done here. Hopefully, I'll finally get a brake job I can brag about for once! read more

5 stars. As I teach my teenage children car maintenance - I sent them here. The people there are wonderful, honest, and patient as my kids ask for services. I've been there with and without my children. The people there have never tried to "get over" on them or overcharge them. They've taken great care of our vehicles and us. Took my Jeep to get brake pads replaced and they called me 25 min later saying my brake pads, rotors, and wheel bearing are all bad and it will be 1,000 to fix it all. Told me I could finance the total price through someone they deal with. When I said no thanks and to just take my Jeep off the lift he looked disappointed. Come to find out everything was fine and I just needed brake pads. So I would be carful about being ripped off and get a second opinion. read more

I went in for a brake pad exchange and tune up service. The crew discovered broken engine mounts while performing service on vehicle. This issue was addressed and fixed. Unfortunately there were some electrical errors that occurred as a result. Precision Auto Tune took full responsibility and went above and beyond to remedy the situation. They even replaced my battery, free fluid top off, and free oil change next visit. Vehicle repair can be difficult and a trying process. That's why it so appreciated when you can find a good honest organization that serves the customer without taking advantage of people. Tried calling to find out if they were taking walk ins today, and the lady on the phone answered and immediately hung up on me twice. The third time I called, I spoke up before she hung up and she rudely told me "this is a business and I am busy, that's why I'm not taking your call". Ma'am, I understand this is a business, that's why I'm trying to call you and ask for your services! I've never been fond of this place, but now I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They overcharge for labor and parts, always trying to upsell you for things I don't need done, and now bad customer service? No thanks, I'm good. read more

My mother brought her Hyundai in for an oil change a couple of months ago and almost immediately started having problems with her car. We brought the car back to Precision and they tried selling her on the "fact" that the seal was busted amongst other phantom problems with the car. Unfortunately for them, my older brother is a trained mechanic in NJ and told us to check the oil and low and behold, there was NONE! They never replaced the oil that they drained. How do we know this? Because we personally put oil in the car and surprise, surprise, there was no leak. Since then, we have brought the car to another mechanic who informed us that the radiator is busted. Most likely from the lack of oil. Precision has tried stunts like this before. You bring your car in for a simple tire rotation and they sell you on the "fact" that your brakes are bad. They're crooked and dishonest! I STRONGLY recommend that you find a different mechanic and stay as far away from these crooks as you possibly can. I'm doing you a favor. I'm saving you grief and money. read more

My default oil change shop. Usually pretty quick, and very affordable. And oil change here is about $22. The young lady in the front is fast and polite, and the older gentleman always gives you suggested maintenance tips depending on your car's mileage, but isn't pushy about it (doesn't make you feel guilty if you decline his recommendations). They also offer complementary bottled water. read more

Yesterday a mechanic took a customer vehicle ran it all up on the curb then burned out the damn tires getting it off the curb. Then had the nerve to have an attitude when the owner of the vehicle was informed about it. He got really argumentative and had a very poor attitude. He only comped the oil change because it was brought to the owners attention and he was caught with no way to deny it. The evidence was all over the tire, rim and the back bumper skirt. I highly recommend that you Do Not take your vehicle here if you remotely care about it because they damn sure won't. read more

DO NOT go here if you need anything other than a simple oil change. They constantly try to up sell you on goods and services that are not needed. When work is needed they completely over charge. I recently had a valve cover gasket and spark plugs replaced. They were going to charge me over $300. I went elsewhere and got it done for les than half the cost. I mention it to the manager an he couldn't care less. He said he couldn't control what other people hate for labor. That's true....but the part that pisses me off was they were going to charge almost twice the cost of the parts themselves!! read more

This place is ridiculous. They are the sleezy guys you see in movies who try to rip you off. They take your car apart and then find all kind of problems. I went for an oil change and they tried to convince me I needed a new oil plug, transmission flush, and a list of other services I did not ask for. read more
