WORST DEALER I'VE SEEN. Pre-ordered a snowmobile with them in April, was told it would arrive in Nov (before the season). Sled didn't come in Nov, didn't come in Dec, didn't come in Jan. Was told it might come sometime in Feb. Told them I'd like to cancel my order, I found one sooner. They wouldn't refund my deposit (against Visa policies), now I need to deal with the credit card company. read more

Driven has been super responsive to me. I'd didn't buy my last boat there, but they have taken care of me like I did. Even in the middle of summer have been quick to respond to any problems or concerns. Travas has been been super helpful. read more

There are a lot of Polaris dealers in Wyoming, drive the extra miles and go to a different one, I bought a new Polaris General 1000, and hard cab, heater, in all it was around $20000.00, I hit a small ditch with it, I hauled it up there, had to wait forever to get someone to look At it, finally a mechanic came and looked at it, I told him to order parts I needed to fix it, ( upper and lower A arm) picked up parts a week later, took them home, replaced lower A arm did not need to use new upper A arm, not a scratch on old one, and not bent at all, realized a plastic piece on my fender was cracked, called up to Driven, took me a hour, pictures emailed up there to, and finding what $60.00 part I needed, a week later I called up there, they could not find anything that shows part was ordered, SO I asked them to order another one, I said I was not going to give them my credit card this time, it took me forever talking to my credit card company to take the last charge off of there, a week later I called, they didn't order part. So at this point I had enough, I asked to talk to parts manager ( Hayden) he said he was a busy boy and did not have time to call me back, to say they hadn't ordered it,never once did he say sorry about the mix up, he also did not care if I took my business elsewhere, so to make a long story long, I said screw them, but the sad thing is they don't care, you buy a expensive machine from a dealer you expect to get good service, well you won't get it there. I will never step foot in that place again, I looked back and my family has bought a General, 2 four wheelers, and 2 snowmobiles in last 8 years, I called Wheatland Polaris, had the part 3 days later!! And it only took about 7 minutes on the phone telling them what part to order, and didn't have to talk to someone that said ( I am a busy boy!) and treat me like I was stupid. When it comes to taking care of customers Driven powersports doesn't know the meaning of customer service. You are just another number and they don't care if they have your business or not. The service department does not take care of your property while it is in their possession and will not take care of the customer if anything happens to it while it is in their care. Their store is also not secure and you run the risk of your things being stolen. You would be much better to make the trip to a different dealership who truly values you as a customer and your property. I would never ever reccomend this dealership to anyone. read more

I was interested in buying a boat from them. I live 3 hours away. They assured me the boat was in perfect condition. Apparently they left out some details. When I arrived at the lake there was a huge crack in the hull. The wake tower had a broken weld. The graphics down the sides were half missing. Looked like some had walked on the rear deck with golf cleats. When I explained to the salesman that I was disappointed in the appearance and I felt misled he became very angry. He swore at me a yelled at me to get the F*** out of there. Mind you we were at a public lake. He said that I wasted his day even though I was the one who had a 6 hour round trip drive. Months of trying reach the owner were fruitless. He never returned calls. Obviously the work ethic there matches that of the salesperson I encountered. Do not even think about buying from this dealership. If they are ok with lying to someone to get them to drive 6 hours then they will not hesitate with any deception to sell junk. read more
