    BEWARE! If I could…read moregive them less than one star I would. I spoke to Deonna over the phone a couple of times before I traveled 2.5 hours one way to the dealership on Labor Day. I had one truck that I was interested in. I asked her to video the truck and tell me if anything at all was wrong with it. I told her I did not want to drive 2.5 hours one way and have any surprises. She did video it for me but did not video the flaws I saw when I got there. There was damage to the left rear interior door handle and also above the rear-view mirror which looked melted. When I drove the truck none of the Cameras worked at all. Forgot to mention that as well. When I arrived, I was handed off to a salesman (Alex). What a joke! I was told a price for my trade-in over the phone when I was talking to Deonna and she said it could more after they looked at the truck. (Keep in mind I had already sent Pictures and the VIN information) My truck was a 2022 f250 with 34,000 miles on it. They had already seen pictures of the truck and had the VIN information before I came to the dealership. Well, after driving the truck and finding out that the whole Camera system was not working, damage to the left rear interior door and above the rearview mirror I asked Alex what he could do on the price with my trade-in. HA! Alex played the old car dealer game. Going back and forth to someone's office He came back with a trade-in value of $20,000 less than I was told over the phone. And did not even try to adjust their price with the damage and non-working cameras on the truck. I showed him in writing the other trade-in offers I had received which was $4000-$6000 more than what they said it would be over the phone (Not what they actually offer me). These were written offers not just something written on a piece of paper. He wanted me to sign a handwritten note on what I would pay for the truck so he could go back to someone's office. He went back to another office 4 times. I finally told him to bring whoever he was talking to out so we could talk and get something done. He would not do that. At that point he rolled his chair back and brought over a bar stool and sat on it looking down at me in my chair. He then proceeded to talk about the 3 M's on why someone does not buy. What an amateur! So slimy! As he was going to go back to the other office again, I could not help myself. I told him that I had managed one of the largest sales forces in the USA and was very familiar with sales training and tactics. I told him I didn't want to offend him but, DO NOT EVER LOOK DOWN ON YOUR CUSTOMER OR TALK DOWN TO YOUR CUSTOMER. Whoever is doing their Sales Training needs to be fired. I have never seen anything like it. He went back to the other office again and then came back out with my truck keys and said he was sorry they could not do business. Be warned that this dealership will do and say anything to get you in the door. Lie, Cheat or Steal! Call it Bait and Switch or just unethical, they are not anyone you want to buy a car from. This dealership is owned by Ben Keating of The Keating Auto Group out of Victoria, Texas. They own Several Dealerships in South Texas with many in the Houston area. That being said, what they didn't know is that I own multiple trucks and up until now I had all of them serviced at a dealership owned by Keating. I called the dealership that I used and told them because of this experience I would never do any business with a dealership owned by Keating Auto Group again. I have taken my business to another dealership because of this experience. Last but not least, I ended up buying a new 2025 F-350 loaded for less than what they wanted to sell this used truck to me for. And they gave me over $25,000 more for my trade-in. HA! This place is a joke!

My vehicle messed up on the highway…read morewith no warning and the owner himself contacted me to tell me that my car can't be repaired and he refuses to replace it saying he found something in the back seat of my car that he felt is inappropriate and said he would replace the vehicle but not after finding something in it. Why are yall searching cars that are brought in for repair. When are you looking in my back seat in the first place without my permission. Where you looking for something to seal. Because my motor is not in the back seat. I'm a single mother of 3 kids I did nothing wrong but use my last to purchase a car that I needed due to another dealer here in Victoria selling me a lemon..I work hard and I'm a good person and have never been ugly to him or the staff and I feel like I'm being railroaded for just purchasing a car that was obviously not completely reliable as they said it was. No check engine light came on to let me know the eng was failing or anything. This is just down right horrible customer service by the owner and I'm am in tears because they won't give me my keys so I can have someone else see if they can repair it. I'm heart broken that I even have to write this I thought they were good ppl but I guess I was completely wrong. I really don't want to give them not one star I feel betrayed by the ppl I thought I could trust to be decent no car dealers customers should be treated this way ever..and the malfruction of my car was not due to anything I did to it

The Suburban was in a wreck and totaled with 170,000 plus miles on it and we still trusted it to take us to Oklahoma and back every couple of months. You can trust these folks for a good deal and reliable vehicles.

Since I do not, the next best thing was finding LA Auto which is Woman owned and Operated to fix my ride! LA Auto was brought to my attention thanks to the Projects feature in the Yelp App. I sent out a request for a job or service and Yelp broadcasted it to businesses to reach out to me concerning the service. I had initially had a different mechanic before LA Auto that was going to do the job, but a price change occurred before the vehicle was in their possession. Decide to nix that mechanic and go back to the drawing board acquiring estimates for the job. By this point, I had already ordered and picked up my parts directly from the dealership so they would match my vehicle. All I needed was the labor to complete the repair. I was really intrigued that there was a Woman owned and operated auto shop in Houston, so I decided to reach back out to the shop about an estimate for labor. My inquiry was Friday afternoon, so I didn't expect to hear back until Monday. Liz, the Owner, however, was in contact with me in and out the entire weekend asking for pictures of the parts to ensure they were correct for the vehicle based on the VIN as well as making sure they didn't need to paint the handles. She gave me a range on the price for the labor, which I could understand because she never saw the vehicle before- only pictures of the damage. We did most of our communication on Monday which offerred a great opportunity for me to get the car fixed that afternoon since she had an opening. I honestly thought I may have to come back another day to get the job completed because EVERY OTHER BODY SHOP I SPOKE TO said I would have to drop the car off just to get an estimate. I did that with one Pearland body shop and received a quote of over a THOUSAND dollars just to fix some handles! They even stated the labor was high because the panels of the car had to be removed. Thanks to Youtube, II knew that was not the case and Liz the owner and my mechanic confirmed my research as she completed the work on the vehicle in less than an hour WITHOUT removing the inside panels. She worked fast and I was even able to see her work from the office which provides a chair or two inside for waiting customers. A/C is blizzard cold inside the waiting area, so bring a jacket. This is not your car dealership waiting room with tvs and refreshments, so bring your own, but Liz worked so fast I didn't need to indulge in either! Really friendly, sincere, and affordable service from Liz at LA Auto. I am so glad to not only have my car repaired (FINALLY, with the exception of one small part that the dealership gave me in error that doesnt affect the main fix) but I am so estatic to support a small business owned and operated by women. I am telling everyone I know about LA Auto if they ever need repairs on their vehicle. This place is a real gem and deserves to shine!
