Have bought three vehicles here the first two were paid off early the third one was repossessed…read moreafter only being behind and once and a half with no call to have a chance to come in and pay money on the vehicle so we could keep it has given us no response to try and get the vehicle back all three of our vehicles broke down within the first week overpaid on all three one was supposed to be an all-wheel drive but was missing the rear axle so we paid more money for the vehicle and an insurance because it was supposed to be a four-wheel drive but was only a two-wheel drive when we brought it to his intention when we purchased our third vehicle did not try to give us any break on the price even though we overpaid on the car and hundreds more in insurance because was supposed to be all wheel drive what was only a two-wheel drive repossessed third car without any notice they came and picked it up early in the morning never asked if we needed anything out of it has now been sitting in a repo lot in a different state for three weeks can't get over there to get our stuff out expects us to take them the key so he can get it back to his lot without having to pay for a tow even though it would cost us at least $40 to get there and back when it would cost us nothing if he would have had it taken to his lot first two vehicles were both paid off early told him that we would have this third vehicle paid off early as well and still will not work with us on getting the vehicle back even though in the three months that we've had it it's broke down twice and was not able to drive it for over a month while being repaired and also this makes the second time he repoed it the first time they took everything out within the first week and started driving the vehicle which I'm pretty sure isn't legal

Carmax has been too busy, appointments are 2-3 months out for a repair through the warranty. The only repair shop that accepted Assurant was 1 1/2 hours away from me. I had to file a formal complaint against the repair shop with Assurant the mechanic did such a horrible job with a simple repair. I have had to use outside mechanics to fix the repairs. However, Assurant finds every loop hole possible to deny a claim. I don't believe Carmax did their 125 point inspection on the van I bought. Had they done the inspection, the short in my van would have been discovered. Instead, I have had five breakdowns requiring immediate towing. Carmax service department has not even returned the last few calls I made trying to get an appointment for repair under the warranty. I find the majority of mechanics do not wish to deal with Assurant Warranty as it is too time consuming and the representatives have been rude and not well trained and are quick to deny coverage. I bought a car in Los Angeles from Carmax and had a great experience. However, this Carmax in Augusta, GA, does not even come close to the same standards.
