Again, it's a company card - it wouldn't have my name on it. I told them to call the company, but she refused to call. The 2nd time, they wouldn't allow me to rent a car because my driver's license had a crack - even though she can still see everything. She wanted me to leave and go to the DMV and get a new license. Note, my husband is 6'4" and cannot easily fit in most cars. Their issue ended up making him several hours late when getting into Ohio which makes him miss all of tonight's meetings where we are getting a new company car. He was so frustrated, and late, that he ended up forgetting to swing back home to pick up his medications (he's diabetic.) Isabella, who does the social media on Facebook, is claiming that she can't talk to people even when they are authorized and they have the confirmation. Hint Isabella, *my company, that I own paid for the car* Also for a company whose slogan literally is "Enterprise, we'll pick you up" why are they not picking people up? They told my husband to walk (1.6 miles) even BEFORE we had the reservation cancelled. If we had another car rental place nearby that alone would have caused us to switch. My company will not be doing business with Enterprise again, which is a shame as someone who does a lot of business travel.

I gotta call me the fool for continuing to deal with them. They lady at the front desk has to worse customer service manners I have ever seen. All of a sudden its your fault that they couldn't hold your reservation. What they are actually doing is double billing for the same vehicle. Then she had the nerve to charge me a late fee for dropping my car off 14 minutes late. What about the fact that I show up for a 8:00 a.m pick up and not only did you not have a car for me, but it was 9:30 a.m before you found me a dirty car that hadn't been cleaned. Save your money and go somewhere else. Don't do business with this office. I wish I could give them less than zero stars.
