The car was in tip top condition ready for us to test drive after 30 minutes of us inquiring on the telephone about it. They were kind of non negotiable about the price with the general manager telling us they only had $89 dollars in it !! But in the end we were able to negotiate $340 off the out the door price. Overall I would say it was a fairly good experience and the car is still running. Austin was really the one that made it for us. Would I go back - yes I would say "likely" if they had a car I was interested in.

In previous attempts to obtain a car, I have connected with the Sales Manager to discuss a plan to withdraw any offers. I was told after talking with me, the Sales Manager deemed my father to be competent to secure the car and make negotiations of payment. I visited the car dealership and spoke with the Finance Manager in which he informed me that there was nothing he could do legally after my father denied any further assistance and was going to purchase the car. I am disappointed in the professional assessment and evaluation demonstrated by the sales team in this delicate matter.

Bought my Daughter her first car. Asked if there were any mechanical concerns after test drive. I…read morewas told there are no mechanical issues. 200 miles later after purchasing, notification comes up stating coolant level low. I bought a warranty and was told it covers all drive train and engine concerns. Have it towed to ford for warranty to cover the problem((blown head gasket, seals and gaskets totaling 7k) ASC warranty company says they do not cover "pre existing " conditions. Was told by select they would have it towed to their location and find the problem and fix it. Was told they only found a leak in the radiator hose? They also expected me to pay ford the 200$ diag fee prior to them assuming responsibility and towing to their location .. paid but stated I expect to be reimbursed. They did acknowledge that they should have caught this problem before selling (accepting responsibility) . Then after the vehicle was "fixed " meaning the radiator hose is allegedly replaced, I am told that my BILL is 200$ including towing.. advised to cancel and give me my money back and said they didn't know if they could do that. They failed to perform a PDI and now want the customer to pick up the tab on what they should have caught to begin with and either fixed before selling to the public or sending it back to the auction
