For a company with "15 years experience " they are pretty clueless as to what needs to be done. Its funny their BBB says they only been in business 5 years... hmmm who is misleading here?

Nightmare experience, bought course online. After paying no conformation no email reciept no making…read moreappointments for my kid. Took 2 weeks of emailing and calling, getting run around. Gave me a number to some nice lady out of NY who then proceeded to tell me the owners are completely tech illiterate and after another few days the owner finally made my appointment for a month out....were at now almost 2 months. Kid eventually does all 3 classes after having to text owners multiple times after each session to get next appointment. After last, kid wasnt given certificate. Again texts and texts, they dont know who i am, who their client was, told me to come to a house to pick it up...nope. stay away, spend a few extra bucks somewhere very far away from here

I took my behind the wheel classes here and they are AMAZING!…read more At my first lesson, I didn't know a single thing about driving, but my instructor Kristi was very patient and very good at teaching me what to do. I was taught how to turn the steering wheel, use turn signals, using the brakes and accelerator, changing lanes, merging lanes, deal with traffic circles, speed limit, and so much more! I went from driving with no accelerator around my neighborhood to driving with the accelerator in the main roads! Great progress :) Second lesson was with Shelby, who was very good as well! She showed me DMV routes, taught me how to reverse in a straight line, lane changes when there was a bike lane present, and had me practicing what I needed to practice most. I am now very good at turning, performing the task of a U-Turn, changing lanes, and looking out for bikers in bike lanes. My last instructor was Christian, who was excellent! Very verbal in a very good way. He repeated things that were important so I could remember him saying those things. He taught me how to look ahead at all times, he taught me how to park in the mall parking lot, and he really worked on straight parking! Thanks to him, I can park at many places and I'm able to park along the curb without ever hitting it! Overall, every instructor I had were excellent! They were able to teach me with patience, tips, and of course, kindness and encouragement! Very informative and they prepare you VERY WELL for the DMV behind-the-wheel test!
