Highly recommend Montessori School of Tracy! Like many of us, I was so nervous to send my Covid-era…read morebaby out into the world and start his school journey, but from our first tour of the school, I started to feel like it was going to be okay. I was given very detailed information about what the program would entail and was able to see a class in session before enrolling. As my son completes pre-k in a few weeks, I have to give a shout out to Ms. Mayte and the team (especially Ms. Seena and Ms. Miriam) for all they have done for us. My son started the school year pretty shy and apprehensive and has blossomed into a bubbly and social preschooler. It's been an amazing thing to see. The school gives us regular updates throughout the week on the Brightwheel app and anytime I've had any questions or needed some time to chat, I would hear back from his teachers promptly. We get photos through the app as well that are always exciting. Sometimes it's a snap of playtime, a celebration, or completing a milestone and receiving kudos. Along with the basics of letters and numbers, my son has gotten to learn about different cultural holidays and has loved telling us what he's learned. He always seems to be doing a new activity and doing the half day program has definitely been the right choice for our family. Ms. Mayte took the time to really get to know our son and has been instrumental in all areas of his development this year. I can only hope that he will continue to have great teachers for the rest of his academic journey!

I want to give a big shout out to Ms. Samar for being so supportive and patient with my son. Kids at the age of 3 only wants to play, but she has been so wonderful and try many different strategies to help my son learn academically. I'm very grateful for Ms. Samar and all of the teachers there for being so kind and involve parents in every aspect of the children's learning.

I'm sad to leave this review because I know you guys have done good work in the community. Although…read moreI can't say how long it's been since that has happened and this review is going to be from a while ago. But I feel compelled to leave it because it was such an awful experience for my daughter. I contacted you guys because she was sexually assaulted and had to go through the court system. I called the Haven in advance to tell them about the court date because I knew we would need support based on the circumstances and the offenders very large unruly family. They told me that we would have someone with us through the court proceeding for support . No one from the women's Haven showed or made any attempt to help my daughter. We were told someone would be there. They said to meet them in a specific area in the courthouse. I called while I was standing there waiting and the lady said oh OK I'm on my way. I waited and waited until we had to go into court. They never showed or called. We were completely on our own in every way no support was offered or given. The ADA had a loud and humiliating conversation with my daughter in a whole corridor, full of people. (Maybe a trained liaison could have been able to maneuver this better for her?) The perpetrators family heckled us in court. I had to ask the bailiff for help. If Haven would've just told me that no one was available to go I would've worked to make another arrangement at least. I feel like with her being a minor and me being alone in this town without support, really made us the prime example of the need of what the women's Haven is supposed to be, at that time in our lives. Never any counseling or support group, or even a pamphlet offered ever at any time.

2009 I want here and did a year of counseling, for me it really helped. It helped to talk , move on…read more, heal within myself and let it go. Counseling is not for everybody but it helped me!
