Our experience was quite different. I understand that the owners of this company are not present for the moves so they may be unaware, but these movers seemed to be amateurs. After the move was completed, the movers left their trash on the curb of our home, including water bottles, and also left partially empty tea bottles inside the house. That alone showed a lack of professionalism and respect for a client's home. During the move, they spent time talking on their phones, which slowed the process down. Several items were also left behind at the original house, forcing us to travel back after the move was completed to retrieve them. Many pieces of furniture were not placed in the correct rooms, which caused additional frustration and ultimately required us to hire another set of hands to help reorganize and move items properly. There was also damage to our belongings. My daughter's $400 dollhouse was broken during the move, mirrors were not attached back to the bedroom sets, and the bed was not put together properly. In addition, multiple parts of our furniture were left at the old house. To make matters even more concerning, my wedding ring also went missing during the move. This entire situation created far more stress than relief on what was already a very demanding day. I explained that as we hired movers specifically to make moving large items easier and less stressful. Unfortunately, this experience was the complete opposite. I truly hope the company takes these concerns seriously and improves their professionalism, accountability, and care when handling customers' homes and belongings. The owner Kristy reached back out after I left a vm and she credited one hour due to certain complaints expressed but after the movers left, we found several other issues. Christine was absolutely amazing with scheduling the move but there has been no follow up since I've expressed several other concerns.

I can't say enough great and awesome things about Out of the Box and especially their owners Eva and Donald and all of their employees. First of all, as you know moving is a very stressful event and to move 4 hours away if even more stressful, but Eva and Donald made it so less stressful. Actually, because Donald and Stephen are both very personable, positive and upbeat they made the move for me fun and enjoyable. They are both very hard workers. Our family has a 30 year old Lochinvar boiler that very few local plumbing companies know what it is, let alone how to work on it. We hired another company two years ago (I won't say the name but it rhymes with PIMS ) and the guy obviously "milked the clock" and then charged us $600 with nothing to show for it. He said he'd be back with $1200 worth of parts and then probably charge us another $600 in labor, if not much more to finish the job. Well needless to say, I called the company and told them to not bother ever coming back. "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me". Anyway, cut to a winter later, we had to face the same issue again and this time I did better due diligence and requested help via Angie's List for plumbers who had specific experience with Lochinvar boilers. Naturally, I immediately got contacted by several HVAC repairmen, not plumbers, who had no experience with boilers, but were only hoping to make a quick buck. The only one who knew how to work on boilers that bothered to contact me was Kellwin at Plum Bros (Plumbing Brothers for short). He told me that he had taken boiler service classes at the actual Lochinvar Company in Tennessee and was confident that he could help me with the repair service. I took a chance with him and Plum Bros and I'm very glad I did. He and his work colleague, Jose, showed up that day for a very reasonable service call, told me in short order what the problem was and exactly what parts were needed to fix the boiler. They ordered the parts directly from Lochinvar (much cheaper than $1200 I might say) and came back as soon as the parts arrived to fix the boiler. I would HIGHLY recommend Kellwin and Plum Bros for any any plumbing or boiler job if you want the job done right the first time at a very reasonable cost. 5 Stars!!!

I always look at the company reviews and read them carefully before selecting a business. RNHS had all 5 star reviews, plus had a tech nearby that could be at the house in 30 min. I scheduled the appointment and immediately received a text with Jace's bio and information. 5 minutes later, I received a phone call from Jace with his ETA. Jace arrived at the home, introduced himself and we discussed the issue I was having. He immediately diagnosed the problem, solved the issue and was very thorough in explaining what happened, and how to potentially prevent this from happening again. As most companies do, they have service plans. They didn't push this on me, I asked about one. I happily signed up for the plan and happy I did so with them. Eva handled the contracting, and the value was really good compared to quotes from other nearby moving companies. I contracted Out of the Box Moving and requested a 2-man team to move a 3 bedroom house. Donald and his colleague were efficient between moving out of my old house into my new house. They took care of the cushioning and wrapping for certain items such as the sofa, dining table top, and filing cabinet to prevent damage during transport. They also disassemble and reassemble any furniture that requires it. Everything went smoothly from contracting through final payment for services. Will definitely work with OOTB Moving again for future moving needs.
