On February 13/2025, after I reached out to request a time for paid services, I was told the owner/operator had fallen ill and was in the hospital. I was told that I would be contacted for arrangements of refunds. I again reached out in April 2025 to get an update as no one had contacted me up to this point. I was given the explanation of the apparent "illness", and given the option of being put on a "wait list " for a refund or the option of obtaining their services for spring and summer lawncare services. While sceptical, I reluctantly accepted and it is now June 25/2025, and they have only provided services twice (poorly I might add) and it seems that I have now been blocked from both their site and phone. I sincerely was trying to empathize with their story, but found it interesting that during the time of the illness in the beginning of 2025, their personal fb profile showed family pictures on what seemed to be a vacation of some sort. In conclusion, unless you're looking for disappointment and unreliable services, not to mention a hit on your pocketbook, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY

March 18 2026 after snow storm . I was walking my dog on the road turned the corner on Martindale…read morestreet onto copper ( on my way to trans Canada trail) street waited for the backhoe driver in front of me on the road to stop so l could walk around the corner . There were cars patiently waiting behind me on Martindake street. The backhoe driver yelled at me to move back , l couldn't move back he could see there were cars behind me and ongoing traffic on cooper street on the other side of the backhoe. I said no to the driver l can't move , he yelled that he was going to dump snow on me and he moved the backhoe forward towards me .Cars stopped so l could get around the backhoe my dog was terrified l was in shock. l called the police to report the incident. The officer said that the backhoe driver threatened me with assault and a police unit would follow it up. Its been a tough couple days for everyone patience and human kindness is visible throughout the city but NOT with TLC the driver had an agenda no doubt profit driven.
