I had gotten my brows done in 2017 with her as a "model" paid $150. You get what you pay for. I…read moreimmediately told her my brows were not symmetrical she snapped at me and said I moved and that's why it's misshaped then said I should wait until healing to let her know. So awesome the customer tells the "artist" and they BLAME THEM. She used a phone app to figure out my brow shape and outline... that's not how it's done. I went home and tried to peel the pigments out. Once after I healed and waited months on a list to see a reputable girl in Vancouver WA to flush the pigments and also had to wait for them to fade. That was 1800 for four sessions. I then went without corrected brows for two years and paid 1200 again. And I will tell you both girls tell me they always have to correct her work and I am not the first person to see them for corrections. So if you want terrible brows she's the one to see , if you need them corrected message me I know where to go get them fixed. If you want to see my best friend who does a way better job than her for just double the price and she's an actual artist message me I'll provide contact info. When I first saw Martha, she did a consultation to examine my face and to work out the best look for me. She involved me in that process so I immediately felt her dedication to make me very happy with the result. She does the same for every new client, which shows a very high degree of professionalism and her true care for the new clients - Martha always does everything to make sure only the best results are achieved. While applying extensions, Martha is very careful and very thorough. She literally goes lash by lash, it's amazing. She cares about hygiene, which is very important to me. Her salon is very cozy and clean, and she keeps a little snack for those of us who never have enough time. There have been times when I texted Martha with questions and she aways got back to me within short amount of time. She does a great job on accommodating my busy schedule. I would not go see another lash artist, there is not a better one than Martha around here. Her work product is beautiful, and her personality is very caring and fun, while professional at the same time. P.S. I get harassed daily with questions about my lashes. Perhaps their facials are great but this review is to address their dysport injections (like…read moreBotox). I spent $900 which I was surprised because where I used to go was $1600 (they went out of business old place I went too). I got the injections in the later part of October early November. I called really upset because my one eyebrow was lower than my other. I get the injections on my forehead so I stop scrunching in between my eyebrows around my eyes and around my mouth. They offered for me to come back in a few weeks. Which is new for me also. But they didn't work. They didn't make any difference and so I can't go back if you didn't do it right the first time. I'm now on the hunt for an establishment that will listen and get my normal results. The girls are nice there but I'm paying for a product and for a benefit. I did give them a good review on their website because I was hoping that the product will eventually work. I can't delete that good review. I was really hopeful. So it was a waste of money, energy and time. I gave them a maybe because they might have excellent services but I go somewhere else for my facials.

After my last fill with another salon I decided not to go back and get my fill done with Jaime instead and so happy I picked her! I know my lashes aren't as thick so they can't be exactly what I want but she did it! They're fluffy and have random long ones which I like! I'm so picky and so over going to someone new every time but I think that has come to an end, finally! Literally one thing will keep me from going back to someone, but there isn't one bad thing I can really say about her work! Good: she's gentle can barely feel anything, bed is the comfiest I've laid on, takes her time, asks what you like , gives you a awesome goody bag, teaches you how to clean lashes, brushes them throughly often throughout the process, eyes didn't burn, eyes didn't feel teary, no lashes stuck to the bottom, she did my bottom lashes for free!! Bad: parking!! Ugh that sucked! I came almost 20 minutes early and was 4 minutes late! So make sure to arrive early to find a spot! At my first visit she was incredibly warm & welcoming and I immediately knew I made the right decision. She did a fill (from someone else's work) and then recommended a complete removal and new set at the next visit. She also gave me a goodie bag with lots of fun little surprises and a coffee mug I actually use in the morning :) Not to mention, provided the most thorough education I've received to date on how to take care of my natural lashes and the extensions. I've been seeing her religiously every 2 weeks since the move and highly recommend her! Great music & great conversation throughout the visits. AND she's super helpful with recommendations on anything we talk about - follows up text with resources, etc. It's pretty rad. Overall, I'm incredibly grateful for the positive energy and passion Jaime brings to every single fill. As long as I'm in Portland, she's my gal!
