Patty is the best for all my waxing and facial needs! Her spa is an oasis on Woodstock Ave. Love my visits with her always.

High pressure sales techniques, which I normally am not vulnerable to, but they got me good!! "No," to them means lower the price or bring out the "damaged box," for less. What a bunch of crap! The led wand I ended up buying is no better than the led mask I already had. The wand is so heavy I can't use it with my arthritis. I got out the receipt the very next day to go return it and the saw the top. "Absolutely no returns." So, if you want a wand that is the same as a quality mask (which you can lie down and relax with, for literally 10X the price, this is the place for you. Not to mention the products that gave me a rash. Do yourself a favor, when accosted by their sewer dwelling mall creatures, run! Don't answer their questions about your current skin care routine, don't acknowledge them whatsoever, run! The only thing they have to offer is an incredibly painful and outrageously expensive life lesson. And you can hit the streets for that.

Special serums that miraculously make your wrinkles disappear, special devices that penetrate your skin to knock off years of age, and it goes on. Hundreds, thousands of dollars later, unsuspecting people are ripped off. They stand outside their attractive storefront on NW 23rd Avenue. They offer you a free sample of soap. They invite you in to look at their soaps and browse. They steer you over to the miraculous skin products, they sit you down, they apply it and lo and behold, the bags under your eyes disappear. That's because it's a tightening product that, as it dries, it pulls your skin tight. Then when you go home and wash it off, your bags are back. When you say "no," out comes the real high pressure tactics. Discounts. Freebies. A damaged box for half off. I did not succumb because I was ripped off about a decade ago from a similar company called "Dermalogics" I think. At that time, I stupidly spent $4,500 when I was lured in at a Home & Garden Show. Buyers remorse set in, I looked at my receipt, and it said NO RETURNS. Yikes! I had to invoke the power of the California AG to help get my money back. Different name, same old rip off.
