I have thought long and hard about posting this review, but I think I should warn people about my…read moreexperience. I chose this company because it was one of the less expensive ones and I liked the fact that an early setup of the tent was $150. It was a clearly separate charge from the rental cost of the tent, tables and chairs. When we decided we needed to rent a second tent, I assumed the flat fee of $150 would apply. Wrong. The contact person I had been dealing with told me it was not $150 but half the total cost of the entire contract, which was rental for the tent, table and chairs and tent sides . The extra day rental ballooned from a flat $150 to over twice that amount. The contact person explained she had made a mistake and should have included all of these items in the original contract. I went back to the original contract and saw, clearly stated, that the extra day was a flat fee and not half the total contract amount. I felt terrible because I felt I was being ripped off and had to go through the contract since no other vendors had tents available for my dates. I brought the original contract to the attention of the contact person, and she said she would 'give (me) the tables and chairs, but not the extra tent. Anyway, long story short, I had tent, tables and chairs delivered a day early, paid $150 for that, had the second tent delivered on the normal setup day and just paid for a second delivery charge. Conclusion : if you deal with this company, be sure to keep all your records and emails, so there is no switching of terms mid-stream. The tents, tables and chairs were fine (except for one broken table they replaced) and the set up crews nice and efficient.

They were so easy to contact and provided the most incredible cheese to go with the margaritas that we brought along. None of the bridesmaids nor the bride are avid sailors (2 had never been on a sailboat) and Jeff made us feel at ease. The day had a bit of rain but cleared into a light misting for our trip and we were able to enjoy the ride without the cover for most of it. The father and son team is hilarious and kept us joking around with them the whole time. Would highly recommend their service and definitely will return soon!

Heather took maternity photos for me exactly 1 month before my first child was born. I was wanting to document my body in this very incredible state in a more portrait style setting. While my pregnancy had been extremely joyful, it hadn't necessarily been all rainbows and sunshine; I really wanted the photos to capture that. Heather. Gallagher. Delivered. Many of the photos were nude portraits, and Heather made me feel 100% comfortable and beautiful, even though it was 1,000 degrees in June and I weighed about 1,000 lbs :) They turned out so beautifully, and I had a blast! Photos I will cherish forever and ever. Sadly, since many of the photos were nude, I wasn't comfortable with Heather sharing them on her public portfolio. I hated that for her, but she was super understanding and honored my wishes. She had them edited and ready very quickly. I can't recommend this woman enough!!

We'd never seen that before and are so grateful he offered to do that. The guests that worked with Logan all told us it was so much fun and that Logan was great. He was able to get a lot of action and helped us stage some shots which helped a lot with the cake cutting and getting ice cream. He integrated seamlessly with the action too and everyone felt comfortable being themselves because it didn't feel like they were being recorded, it was just part of the fun! We booked Video Memories via SuperSounds Entertainment and ,seriously, EVERYONE was so awesome! Supersounds is a wonderful company and everyone we worked with were consummate professionals but still very approachable and warm. The professionals at Supersounds definitely helped make our day the perfect experience it was.
