One day before the procedure, I was told there would be a balance due of $130.00 and that was paid. One month later I received a residual bill in the mail for $100.00 and after I spoke with the insurance company I was informed that they never submitted the pre-authorization request. They never took that extra step for me the customer as I requested, I was told by Advanced, that they're not required. I will absolutely never use this team ever again.

Today at Brush and floss they did a full x-rays that showed a full mouth of healthy teeth. We discovered that my problem is grinding my teeth. The pain is from the grinding! NOT from dead teeth. I have been going to Brush & Floss since I was 5 years old and today I drove from Brooklyn, NY to get my teeth looked at. I'll continue coming back to Brush and Floss for as long as their open. To take the imprint for my mouth guard, they took a 3D scan to then be printed. Their technology is not only updated but more advanced than any other of the numerous dental offices I have been in during the past year. Long story short,The first incident I had was I got there 10 minutes late because I had the appointment time wrong. The woman at the front desk refused to take me because of the mistake. I understood and left. The last issue I had was I had an emergency and was forced to cancel my appointment 2 hours ahead of schedule. The woman in charge was not to happy about and told me that I would have to pay 50 dollars for missing my appointment. When I question their intentions,she told me that I was being banned from this place. For the kind of service they provide,I cannot say I was sad about it.
