The other reviews are accurate. I guess I've gotten used to Dr Miller's 'bedside manner' but reading more recent reviews while waiting he sure enough didn't tell me he was dilating my eyes before he put the drops in. He didn't ask me if i had a ride home either. Really is a lawsuit waiting to happen. While i was waiting to be called back after I arrived I was checking out their glasses selection. All of their frames on display are high-end designer names: Kate Spade, Prada, Fendi, Oakley, Jimmy Choo, etc. I realize this practice is located in Moorestown but holy wow. Yeah, so, I opted to use my issuance money on contacts and asked for a written script so I can pick glasses elsewhere. For the handful of times a year I have to wear them I'm ok with a cheap pair haha The office takes my insurance, costs me $20 for copay and contact exam plus any extra $ on the contacts. Works for my budget and definitely learned I want to be seen late in tyre afternoon!

This office is close to home, for me, so that is a bonus. I got to see a section of Moorestown that I never visited before. This specialist does eye exams and also fits people for glasses that need them. No complaints, I'm happy with this provider. I will continue to get my eye exams performed here. There is parking area right near the front door. This is an appointment only specialist, no walk ins.

WELL, God answered my prayer. I called and scheduled an eye appointment with Brenda who was so delightful and pleasant (a real people person). Then I met with a very helpful and kind young lady who took the time explaining the best and affordable options for my frame selection and lenses. Then I saw Dr. Angelo who came in with an extended hand and a smile as she went over my paperwork. She was so patient and thorough giving direct eye contact with a genuine concern for my wellbeing and she answered everyone of my questions. Don't quite know what I was thinking to have gone to that other place w/o researching a bit more perhaps I would have landed at Dr. Angelo's office early, BUT timing is everything and God knew what that timing would be (i.e. today) for which I am incredibly grateful. I've been going to this practice and seeing Dr. Fitzpatrick since the age of ten (I'm now in my mid twenties) I received my first pair of glasses there and I've never gone elsewhere since. My last experience here was HORRIBLE. I've never left a doctors appointment angrier in my life. I left so disappointed by the fact that I feel as though I now have to find a new physician because of the incompetence of the staff. Their inability to verify insurance, coverage, eligibility and so on baffles me. As a patient I didn't expect to check myself in, look myself up in their system and make sure I could find my coverage with the practice. I not only had to be on the phone and on hold for an hour but also tell the staff how to look me up. With a practice who deals with different insurance carriers on a daily basis there's no secret that they have separate identities and identification websites to check eligibility and coverage. If I had access to these provider websites I would more than gladly check myself in, collect my own co-pay, and do my own eye exam prep. Unfortunately, I am their patient; I should not have to do the job of the staff while at my appointment. My experience included public embarrassment and being asked to present my and my husband's private information including full names, address, social security numbers, and more in their front doorway as other patients signed in at the front desk. I had reqeusted a private place to present that information, but the staff insisted on an open area with their other patients. This is impolite to other patients and a HIPPA violation in its own right. To leave an hour past my appointment feeling defeated and unable to see clearly, without even having been able to see my Doctor, is not my ideal day. Dr. Fitzpatrick is an amazing optometrist and I would never hesitate to refer anybody to him. I trust him and he has cared for me as well as any patient could ask for. That is what makes this so incredibly hurtful; despite the truly stellar care that he has provided me, the staff at the practice leaves so much to be desired that I find myself hesitant to return.

They are always running sales like 2 for $99 or half off frames. There are plenty of designer brands here like Ray Ban, Sperry, Guess and more. I have also purchased prescription sunglasses here and have been happy with the quality and price. The woman who works at BJ's Optical is really friendly and helpful- if you tell her what style you're looking for she can help you find options. Most recently, I came in on a thursday to order a new pair of glasses- and was told the wait time would be about two weeks, but I got a call on saturday that they were ready to pick up! When you go to pick up your glasses, they will fit and adjust the frame to your face. Your glasses also come with a hard case and a little cloth. If you have issues down the line, they are always accommodating and will help tighten or adjust them if need be.

My surgeon, Dr. Julian Procope, was amazing--his calming disposition immediately put me at ease, and I felt completely confident in his care. The doctor who examined me initially, as well as my follow-up physician, Dr. Stoltz, were equally wonderful. Dr. Stoltz took extra time to walk me through my options, especially helping me decide between corrective vision and monovision. What stood out most was that he allowed me to experience what my vision would be like ahead of time, so I could make a truly informed decision without pressure. That level of patience and education meant everything. The office manager, Mrs. Parker, was also fantastic--she patiently went over all my paperwork, answered every question thoroughly, and made the administrative side feel seamless and stress-free. I would highly recommend LasikPlus, especially to anyone in their 50s who may feel unsure about whether LASIK is worth it at this stage of life. For me, it absolutely was. I'm so grateful to be done with years of contacts and glasses and to step into this next chapter with clarity--literally and figuratively. If you're on the fence, I encourage you to explore it. I met her the day of the procedure. She wasn't rude but she surely wasn't friendly. During the procedure, I felt some pressure and slight lifting in my right eye. I figured it must be apart of the process and didn't think anything of it. 3-4 months post op, my right eye was still blurry. I went back for a visit in which I was told it's just dry eyes and to apply drops. That didn't help. I went to my eye doctor who put me on steroid eye drops and nothing. Still blurry. I go back again to LasikPlus and they refer me to a dry eye specialist. The dry eye specialist, informed me my right eye is slight dry nothing exciting. He explained dry eye typically occurs in both eyes not just one. He recommended, I follow back up with LASIK plus because I would benefit from an enhancement. I contacted LasikPlus with this information and informed there is a process. If they feel like you qualify, you'll get the enhancement and if they don't well you're SOL. If I would've known the process with LasikPlus would be like this, I would have gone somewhere else.

If I could give zero or negative stars as a rating I would. Let me begin by saying that I will…read morenever go back to this "Doctor" and that I want as many people as possible to know, just how unprofessional and rude Dr. Alan Siedman is. He performs the exam portion without any explanation on what is being done and why he is doing what he is doing. You will be suckered into a photograph of your retina, without being told beforehand that there will be an add'l charge, that your insurance company on top of your vision insurance is being billed for. No explanation or discussion during the exam and when trying to ask a question you will be silenced with the Dr.'s finger pointed up telling you to be quiet, like you are a school kid. No doubt will you be left that day with a diagnosis that down the line you may or will have glaucoma or another potentially blinding eye disease that will need to be observed on a yearly basis by him. Which of course will involve more pictures of your retina = add'l expenses to you. Siedman has horrible bed side manners especially when it comes to small children! Do not take your child to him, because he or she will be left devastated and mortified to the point where they will never want to go back to the Doctor. Not sure if the color of your skin makes him act that way, but seeing how different people get treated in there, I wouldn't be surprised one bit! The office staff, especially Angie at the front desk and the Office Manager Samantha were extremely professional and courteous, which given who they are working for would be rather hard to do for anyone!
