They owned and sought direct assistance with Piano Disc and their player system where my CD player stopped working. The Floppy and their hard drive worked and just not the CD rom. Based on their troubleshooting, it is not a CD ROM drive issue but either a firmware, software, or board issue with the unit as it appears to be a common system with these player piano systems models that are no longer being manufactured. Their ownership and follow through was second to none. Even Timothy himself came twice to my home trying to resolve the issue. I fully recommend them and they have my complete confidence in their abilities.

She is atrocious at communication with her students as well as her student's parents. We have missed recitals, performances and even closed-door gradings. We have been embarrassed by this and it has affected my daughter's love of music. We have had entire Saturdays driving around all South Florida trying to find were Mrs. Fernandez told us (my daughter and I) a recital is taking place. We have missed performances she has worked on all year. Although Mrs. Fernandez is apologetic, there has been no improvement. Communication should be a priority for any teacher, but for Mrs. Fernandez it is not at all. She will also perform at the recitals she puts on for her students. I grew up in a home with multiple piano players and I have never seen the teacher perform at a recital. I cringe when she does this because it upstages the students. Recitals are meant to build the confidence of the child, instead she damages it. Overall, Mrs. Fernandez is a nice person and a great piano player, but if you want your up-and-coming piano player to perform well and love music, go elsewhere.

I took my signal processors in for a full service to clean and deoxidize all the I/O ports, and…read morereplace a faulty back-lit LCD screen. Six weeks later, picked them up, get home to find the 2 row 16 digit LCD screen was not fixed and not one single I/O port were cleaned, scratch brushed, deoxidized or lubricated. A second processor dropped off the same day with a failing PSU that had a loud hum and needed repairs as well. It came back still humming, opened up the case to the processor and a very small amount of cob webs where around the PSU indicating nobody even opened it up to service it, but yet they claimed it took 2.5 hours to fix. The third processor, lol, claimed he didn't have service documentation to fix faulty ram, so nothing was done to it. I took three processors in for repairs and six weeks later, all three came back no better than before. To top if off, they scratched up the face plate on one processor trying to take it apart. Do not fall for the Google Reviews, half are not vetted genuine reviews. Avoid this home based company at all costs. 10/02/2025 EDIT: Ya see folks? He didn't address the incompetent service. Just out to convince you he's the good guy after taking 6 weeks and giving him $500 in cash to give me back still broken processors and services that were never rendered. The truth is, none of this took place "on-line", it was in text and he blocked me after I said I would have to seek council for advice after being ripped off. He's played this exact thing out with other customers when they said they would have to take it small claims. He blocked them as well and did the same stunt with them. In fact there is a review on this very site from a Will M. over a year ago that shows his propensity for bad service and this is exactly what happened to me. Beware!!!
