What an absolutely stellar little shop in a desert of small town judgment. I popped in here for some specific things while I was in town, and Glass Chamber had some of the best reviews of any place I could find online. I decided to trust the words of the people and swing by here. The shop is super easy to find, right off Colorado between downtown (confusion corner) and US1. There was easy street parking right in front and close parking lots. The staff were immediately friendly and willing to help as soon as I walked in. The shop is beautiful, with incredible stock for any of your related needs. I needed some recommendations as a non-local and unfamiliar with some of the brands carried, and I got all the answers I needed from the two wonderful ladies working. They were helpful, funny, and engaged while I shopped and asked questions. It made me feel really comfortable knowing a great store with huge selection and knowledgeable staff was available for any needs I had while in town. Definitely happy to have Glass Chamber as a resource. And did I say how absolutely incredible their glass pieces are? Truly a wonderful experience. Keep doing what you're doing, Glass Chamber! went in there to purchase an expensive item ended up realizing within the hour i no longer need the expensive item. Was inform by the cashier i was un able to return the item i just purchased for 430$ even though it's still packaged in the box. the manager melissa didn't have the curtesy to call me even though i requested the manager to call me and used the cashier as a messenger to avoid speaking with me to make sure there was nothing her or the manager could do for me. as a local business customer service should be the number 1 priority. I have spent a lot of time and money at the store and will unfortunately never be coming back again and will not be recommending this store anymore to my friends and family. read more

Stopped in to convert my piece to a dab rig. Asked a bunch of questions and they were very nice and answered all of them. Bought what I thought I needed, then got home... wrong size! Went back to exchange and they didn't have the slide in the size I need. They don't do refunds so I had to get store credit and wait for them to order the part I need. I found the slide I need online for 1/4 the price I paid for the original wrong size. I shoulda just bought it all online to begin with. If I knew I would have to wait, plus a refund/exchange policy. If they try and charge me more for the new piece it will be even worse. Loved this place. As soon as you walk in dude is smiling and eager to help you. I went in because my vape wasn't working, bought 3 new cartridges and took them home. It didn't fix the problem so I went back today and bought a new device. A guy who worked there, who I'm pretty sure wasn't even working took my old one and worked on it for a while. He figured out how I could still use it regardless of the malfunction. I exchanged the cartridges for the new device and all worked out. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They always have really cool unique pieces and a very friendly staff! And I love the environment of the inside of the store. It's also in an very convenient area- right there in downtown Stuart! And they have this awesome rewards program, every time you buy anything in the store you get a lot of points. And you get a prize for really any amount of points of course the more the better the price but they're all good. I would recommend Glass Chamber over any other store near by. read more
