Unable to go any further without some repair, we found Drury-Moss Body Shop on Commerce St. The staff were knowledgeable, but also kind and helpful. A negligent driver backed into my vehicle in a parking lot. Looking for a body shop I read glowing reviews for Drury Moss Collision. What a MISTAKE to take my vehicle there for a seemingly straight forward repair service. First a clueless unprofessional woman is all I can talk to and was told that they don't have parts and to drop off the car?? Obviously so they can begin charging for the services of babysitting cars in there busted open air parking lot. After the insurance and body shop song and dance I decided to keep the car and discover that I'm forced to pay $1100 fees that "insurance would be paying" yet I'm not the insurance. Drury Moss takes advantage of people just like they do insurance companies. I had some other vehicles I was going to bring here, but after being taken for a ride I will take my business elsewhere. After my accident Adrian Was very helpful in the whole process and communicated very well in where they were with fixing my car as well as cleaned and detailed my car before pick up. Called Drury Body Shop to get an estimate on damages on our vehicle. I was told that they do give estimates unless it is an insurance claim. So, if you want to pay for damages yourself go somewhere else was their response. The excuse giving was that they are under new ownership, understaffed and no longer do that. It is sad that a company like this does not want to help a customer that has used them twice in the past year. Which also owns a couple of insurance agencies that sends business to them in the past. Traveling thru Amarillo on vacation we ended our vacation early with a wreck in the south part of town. Our truck was hauled to Drury shop and a young man named Kelly was assigned to help us with all the repair process. These guys are the BEST!! I was in a car accident while traveling through Amarillo, and had no idea what shop would be good. I Googled body shops and Drury came right up, with a bunch of excellent reviews. I called, and spoke with Doug Warren, who assured me they could get my car right in and make it as good as new. Repairs were extensive, and it took almost three weeks, but they did an amazing job!! Doug kept me informed on progress with regular updates and photos, and was a dream to work with. My car looks better than ever - PLUS they even cleaned the INSIDE. If you saw the car after the accident, you wouldn't believe what a great job they did Great attention to detail. I had to have some body work done. I had caught my front spoiler on a wheel stop that was placed too high. Backing up ripped and broke several pieces. I took it to Drury where Pat looked over and said they could make it look good as new. They did and it looked great. That night I was running to Wendy's for some quick take out and, while turning into their parking lot at night, I caught a darn light pole in their parking lot. I scraped the pole all the way down the left side. I was sick. Next day I was back at Drury. This time it was more than just cosmetic. I had caused damage around $6,000 by their estimate. I just got it back tonight. It looks so good. Pat went over all that they had done. Walking through each item repaired or replaced. If you ever need body work done, Drury is the place to go. They do things right and with great care. They make you feel like you're their only customer. Great, great job. read more

They are very good at body and paint repairs. When they do PDR your headliner and interior trim is screwed up. Roof corner post trim falls down and they will not fix it. Also they do not use the correct sized push in rivets for imports on splash guards and engine compartment covers. Beware buyer, they were a lot better years ago. read more

These guys are absolutely amazing. Totally professional and had me back in my vehicle in no time at all. Not only was my work completed way sooner than quoted, but the work they did had my truck looking like new again. The most unexpected and most generous surprise waited for me inside my truck! I wouldn't go as far saying they detailed my truck but they damn near did. Even cleaning the old dried milk that has leaked from my sons sippee cups on my all weather floor mats. Thank you so much! I was moving from New Mexico to Tennessee and stopped in Amarillo for gas and someone ran a red light at an intersection and hit my car. Geico recommended I take it to Drury for an estimate, but said they wouldn't be able to get to it the following day. However, when Robert realized I was traveling and saw the damage to my car would probably result in it being totaled had Caleb the Geico rep do the estimate the same day. Ended up it was totaled. Caleb did a great job of getting me the best value for my car and had a check for me the same day! In addition, Drury and Geico has a great relationship with Enterprise Rent a Car and had me a rental vehicle immediately. I also observed Drury and Geico interact with other customers while I was waiting and their customer service was impeccable. Even though I will probably never be in the area again and need their services, I would highly recommend them as the 'best' for your auto body and insurance needs! read more
