They do absolutely excellent work. I won't take my car anywhere else. Had someone back into my Volkswagen and had to get the hood replaced. It looks brand new. Also used Harvey's when a semi turned into the side of my car and really jacked it up. Came back looking good as new then also. My wife and I have rarely have required body shop repairs for any of our vehicles, but after our new vehicle suffered damage to the passenger side, we researched body shop reviews online and found this body shop, Harvey's Precision Body Shop. The reviews were complementary, plus the write-up by the shop explained who they are and how much experience their staff have in repairing vehicles, so this made us feel comfortable enough to set up an estimate for repairs needed. Upon arrival, an employee named Mindy greeted us warmly and made us feel very welcome. She got another employee for us named Isaac, who is an on-site adjuster, and he took over from there and on the spot put together a comprehensive estimate for us to submit to the other person's insurer that we were dealing with. We received approval from them in short order to have our vehicle fixed, so we set up the appointment and took it in to this business. Throughout the repair process, Isaac kept us updated, and once all work was fully finished, we were given our SUV back in pristine condition! The inside was detailed beautifully as well. Have no idea where to even start? My daughter went into this place for an estimate and a claim number that she filed. Of course the shop manager gives her the run around about how they don't honor the insurance company's estimate and so on. So he writes his own, which at this point we don't care who writes it. Just fix our car. Well going on 3 months and no call back from the shop, the owner apparently is impossible to get a hold of and the secretary has a new reason why they haven't called us in months. Probably one of the worst experiences I've had in a long long time! Sent one of my daughters in for an estimate while I'l away from town for work and can't describe the level on unprofessionalism! Paul the owner has had a great reputation here in Amarillo for the last few years but sadly that's declining! The owner Paul left a bunch of inexperienced skater kids in charge of the office while he was away on an extensive vacation. The manager in charge had absolutely no idea what the repair process would be like because our insurance company was not one they deal with often??? What??? Yes makes zero sense from my Point of view! The new office staff ( bunch of kids) wouldn't return the adjusters phone calls or emails! Needless to say this place is definitely not one I'd recommend at all! Went a few blocks South and other shop went above and beyond to assure we have the smoothest process! read more

After a minor wreck punched a whole in my rear door and damaged the front door, I took my 2020 Ford Explorer ST to Harvey's for repair. Harvey's was able to make the repairs without replacing the doors which was the best outcome since new doors have trouble sealing for water. The quality of the repair is perfect and I am very pleased with using Harvey's. Highly recommended. read more

HAPPY HAPPY CUSTOMER :) I recently got into a car accident and I was recommended to come to this shop in town, and i'm more than happy I did. The service was great, the repairs were fast, and my car looks brand new. The workers are kind and honest. They told me that I did not have to fix my wheel because it was only cosmetically damaged, not functional. They checked my wheel and alignment to make sure it was safe for me to drive. This place was the worst to deal with. My vehicle was taken and and my personal items were never returned. If I could give them zero stars I would. I was told numerous times they would be sent to me due to me being out of state. To this day I haven't received them. They were nice in person but dealing with them on the phone, they are NOT. Always excellent work the first time and on time and their people went out of the way to accommodate us from helping to file claim to frequent call status updates. This is embarrassing to admit... but I'm pretty sure I may be single-handedly responsible for keeping Harveys in business! I've had everything ranging from near total disaster wrecks (I invented a new sport called "dumpster bowling"... don't ask...), being rear ended at a high speed, me hitting other vehicles, and a lot of cosmetic repairs due to careless door dingers or me getting too close to curbs with chrome rims... the list is terrible (my poor hubby.) We have always used another reputable body shop in town but were sent to Harvey's for an insurance estimate and decided to use them. They were amazing. The body work and paint job was fabulous. In May of 2017 I sustained hail damage to two vehicles. I took one vehicle in for estimate, received estimate, and requested that it be fixed. After one week, I called to check on it, and was told that there was additional damage and that the insurance company had totaled it. I had received no calls from Harvey's Body Shop and had been without the vehicle for all that time. The second vehicle was taken to them for an estimate, received estimate, and was told that it would take approximately three days to repair. After four days, I called to check on it, and was told the same as on the first vehicle; that additional damage was noted and that it had been totaled by the insurance company. Again, I was without the vehicle and had received no phone calls to alert me to this. I will not use this company again. read more
