It's our wedding day, something small got on it, just needed a quick clean before the service and due to it smelling mildly like cat urine (we have cats. anyone who has a cat understands.) they fully refused to clean it. This wouldn't have been an issue but they also did not communicate that until we called to confirm it was ready to pick it up and they informed us then it wouldn't be cleaned. An hour before the wedding. Upon getting there to pick up the vest, neither of the girls on shift wanted to interact with us, with one going so far as to interrupt my significant other and say "I'm not dealing with this." After several minutes of back and forth she ends up calling the manager who instead of listening or even asking what was going on tells us to "get the fuck out of his store" The older of the two girls working eventually ends up giving us the vest, which we watched them clearly pickup from the floor. We also told them numerous times my partner was a woman, and used she/her and they continued to call her a man until we left. This store is completely negligent and the staff is insanely rude.

This woman told me that she had to do all the blankets, clothes, etc. before my pillows, although I can't imagine why because it shouldn't matter. Neither woman was very kind, they were both pretty rude. I have two problems with this place. Number one, the lady at the desk has absolutely no idea what she's doing. She didn't have me sign a release on Wednesday when I brought my pillows in, and she never asked for my phone number or anything else in case I had any problems. Secondly, if they didn't know when they could get them done, they should have said so and I would have taken them elsewhere. I won't take anything to this place for dry cleaning again, and I don't recommend anyone else does either.

Not to mention the awful ironing that bended the seam the first time was still there. Call the manager and no help just a waste of money. Would never do business with them again! If I could give zero stars I would. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. After polling my friends for the best Dry Cleaners in town, one highly recommended "Holiday Cleaners" at 4329 Southwest Blvd. Right after reading her message I quickly grabbed my dry-cleaning bag and set the GPS for this location which was located right off of the highway. I arrived within minutes but actually drove by the location because I could barely make out the name on the sign which was severely weathered looking. Once I realized where the Dry Cleaners was, I noticed a vehicle in a little alley way next to the building which was their "drive-thru". When it was my turn a very pleasant Associate took my laundry and then stated they would be available the very next day. I picked up my items yesterday and was very impressed that the dry cleaning was ready and everything looked great. We paid $12.59 for two sets of military uniforms and you can't beat next-day dry cleaning. This would be a Five-Star Review if the owner of the establishment cared enough to update their store sign so that customers could easily find what they were looking for. I went to get my shirt (a week later) - the rank was too high and my shirt still had wrinkles from when I bought it. Then when I took it back for them to fix it, the blame was put on me for not pinning my stripes on where they were supposed to go. I feel like they wanted to clean the entire dress to charge me more money but it backfired and they had to pay and try to fix my dress. When I final was able to get my dress home the hemline does not lay flat anymore and the hook on the back of the dress is missing! Now I have to find a real profession shop to fix it ... DO NOT GO TO HOLIDAY CLEANERS I had a terrible experience…read morewith Holiday Cleaners. On September 23, 2024, I paid to have two pairs of expensive Ariat jeans starched. One of the pairs was done incorrectly, so I had to go back and get them re-starched. They initially said it would be done, but it wasn't. After two weeks of getting the runaround, they finally admitted they couldn't find the jeans. When we spoke to the owner, Gus, he was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He said they could only refund 75% of the valued $90 Ariat Jeans because of "depreciation," even though it was their fault the jeans were lost. Mind you the jeans are not even a year old AND only worn on Sundays (for church). We additionally had to negotiate for him to refund us for the service. We had to argue just to get reimbursed for the misplaced pair. Their customer service is terrible, they don't take accountability, it's apparent that Gus is just greedy and money hungry. Avoid this place at all costs.
