TERRIBLE business. It's too bad because we live down the street and have given this business MULTIPLE attempts but EVERY single time they have failed to provide even a decent customer experience: 1) their prices are ASTRONOMICALLY through the roof. To dry clean a standard dress shirt was $14! 2) their service is biased, they have always tried to tell us how to clean our clothes. I've laundered my work shirts for over a decade now and have never had problems. They told me that my shirts NEED to be dry cleaned and actually finally even REFUSED to launder my shirt so dry cleaning was my only option. I am sure they are doing this to price GOUGE the heck out of their customers. This is HIGHLY UNETHICAL and should be reported to the BBB which I will be doing as well. 3) They refuse to take credit card for anything less than $10. Do you really believe they are reporting these sales? This is HIGHLY UNETHICAL as well. 4) both the husband and wife have attitudes and do NOT welcome you as you would expect even an average business owner would do. Then they talk in Korean every single time we have gone here and it always seems as though they may be talking about my wife or I. Highly UNPROFESSIONAL. There are too many other dry cleaning businesses in the area that actually are GOOD people who DESERVE your business. This one is CERTAINLY NOT one of them and I would highly suggest you do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from these UNETHICAL business owners and their UNETHICAL practices. Destroyed my husbands Avalanche Jersey and tried to argue with us that we brought it in like that. Does this dude think we are morons? We obviously brought it to a dry cleaners because we cared about maintaining the quality of the Jersey. This is my first time using this cleaners. I've been with the same cleaners for years, in Cherry Creek. They are family owned, professional, and they almost always do a great job. When they make a mistake, they make it right. I brought 6 items to Foxfield "Professional" Cleaners. There was nothing professional about my experience. Of the 6 items, two were denim and one was a new denim dress. Both denim items were faded and discolored in places. When I brought it to their attention, a short middle aged man told me we never have problems. "Look at all the clothes in here. We have a lot of business and no one ever complains." He refused to address their mistake and told me I could take my business elsewhere. He did not offer to fix the problem. He even insinuated because I was not white that my complaint was based on race, not the fact that they damaged my clothes. Do not bring denim to this dry cleaners. I can't believe I was insulted and my clothes were damaged. I did not even receive an apology. read more

Very quick turnaround, just overpriced for a standard job. Wouldn't recommend if you have several pieces. They also claim they offer alteration services but when I asked the guy basically told me it's not his business. Simply put...ARBITRARILY OVERPRICES items. Has done my husbands shirts twice before (as I have been a customer somewhere else for TWENTY YEARS--but they were bought out) without any problems. For some reason, today he decides that 1/2 of our order will be dry cleaned, including my husbands cotton shirts, which is double the price. When I asked him why, he became argumentative saying the buttons can break and he won't take that chance. I reminded him that he's laundered them before without problem. I needed to find a new dry cleaner and saw them on Yelp. They did a great job with my husband's shirts.

They do dry/wet cleaning, and alterations. The only drawback, the owner told me they don't get any compensation for alterations, that someone outside the company does them and gets all the profit. This made me feel like he didn't want my alteration business. Not my problem. I just need my shit sewn. My question is, why have it as a service then? The person who does the alterations does a good job, but is pricier than other places. They should probably offer some of their profits to the company giving them all their business. Seems like bad business negotiation to me. read more

You think that the job of Cleaners is to clean stains on your dirty clothes, but it's not the case for the Foxfield Cleaners. Couple weeks ago I used their services and specifically pointed out several stains on my top, the owner marked them for special treatment. When I picked up my clothes, I noticed that the stains were still there. When I asked why they have not cleaned them, the owner said rudely " We can's clean all stains on all the clothes people bring" . Really? Why do we need cleaners if not to clean the clothes? I asked about refund and the owner started yelling at me saying I would never find such cheap pieces for dry cleaning. Bottom line, this isn't even about the refund, or the qualify of work. ZERO stars!!! Foxfield Cleaners is by far the worst dry cleaner store that's out there due to their horrible customer service and work as well! The owner of this place has no idea on how to do business nor providing quality services to their customers where last week I had a very expensive dress dry cleaned and after paying at pick up, I noticed it wasn't entirely clean. As a result, I just asked the simple question (not even complaining) if this was the cleanest this fabric could ever get where he then blew up at me. I let him know that I wasn't upset and was just inquiring for future reference and he continued to yell and said to not ever come back to his store, can you believe that!! I was in shock that a store owner would make this type of comment to their paying customer where for him to get all defensive and blow up like that was uncalled for as I didn't complain nor even asked for a refund. After researching dry cleaners nearby, there were other choices that charged far less where I ended up paying more than 3 times for this place hoping they would do a great job, however, I'm totally regretting going here not only for their bad work (where I later discovered a hole in my dress after looking at it at home), but to get insulted as well. I usually don't go out of my way to write reviews where I fell for the other good reviews that I saw, but I felt obligated to let everyone know about my experience and to tell others to avoid this place as they are the worst. read more
