Noco appliance was recommended to us by another local appliance company. I wish I'd researched…read moreNoco appliance more thoroughly before committing time and effort to work with them. Communication is absolutely terrible, Marcus no showed / no called on multiple appointments. When he did show, he was several hours late of the window they had established. They did send Jamie on a weekend but all she managed to do was make our machine completely broken as opposed to just quirky. So now we're stuck with a washer that worked a bit before and now doesn't work at all and they won't respond to calls on what the plan is moving forward. They've broken their express commitment to fix the problem and don't have the courtesy (or bravery?) to simply tell us they're not coming back. It's ridiculous to us that they won't even respond to come and get their brand new part out of the washer before we get rid of it to replace with a new one. We're just absolutely flabbergasted at how much this company doesn't respect their clients time , with all the no call/no shows, late arrivals and capping it off with their ghosting. I cannot stress enough that if you need work done on your appliance, look elsewhere.

Friendly, knowledgable, got me in quickly, arrived right on time. My dryer works like a dream. It must have been going out for a while as it now completely dries a load in way less time. The price was fair for the quality of service I received. Thank you.

RUN!! Truly Horrible experience. We purchased all our kitchen and laundry appliances from Lynn…read moreCunningham Appliance (Freestanding induction range, hood ventilation system, wall oven, refrigerator and washer/dryer units) for our new home build in 2020 and literally nothing was installed correctly. The Vent-A-Hood system measurement was off by over 40" so it does not function as it now hangs too far above the Stove to even be reached without a step stool-and we are 6'3" & 5'8" heights. The dryer was plugged in but the dryer vent never installed nor was the small water line for the "freshening feature" we loved. The wall oven was only partially installed as well. Management failed to assist with correcting any of the issues and then overcharged us by over $2000.00 to boot. We have paid other contractors to repair things but are still trying to find an installer to correct the vent hood. An utter fiasco.

They sent someone out which only partially corrected the problem. They would not send them out again so we hired a third party to investigate and correct. They did a better job but still not perfect. We owned it 3 years when it started leaking around the door seals and ruining our wood flooring. Being an engineer and used to working on cars and other things I removed it and inspected it to find the door seals were deteriorated along the bottom. I showed my wife and we decided to cut our losses and buy a new unit from Costco. Purchased a Kitchenaid after reading the reviews and decided that we were not going to spend over $1K for a dishwasher (Bosch). Costco is the way to go IMHO. Delivery was on time. Installer was pleasant and skilled. He had it installed and working in less than an hour. This is the second time we replaced an appliance with a purchase from Costco. Their prices are great and they extend the warranty to 2 years. Whatever you do don't buy from Lynn Cunningham because it's not the same as it was.

I had trouble shot all that I could determining that voltage was good, connections were good, cord was good and still it was not heating up properly. Under warranty, he discovered that the door was not properly sealing so heat was escaping. We will see if the seal properly seats itself over time so that heat will not continue to escape. Each time we were told it was an "easy fix" we could do ourselves. Every diagnosis was wrong, every repair they suggested was pointless, and they still charged us $160. We should have known when the plumber they supposedly partner with even says he refuses to recommend them because they are so bad. When we asked for someone qualified to finally diagnose it correctly, Kristy said we'd have to pay the $160 again--because my husband followed the instructions their tech gave him. How does that make any sense? We trusted their technician. We were misdiagnosed three times. And somehow we're expected to pay for their mistakes twice and trust they'll finally send someone competent? Kristy's behavior was unbelievable. She was rude and dismissive. No empathy. No accountability. Just attitude. She said it was the owner's decision and that management "might" get back to me in a few days. We've already lost two weeks because their tech didn't know what he was doing. Any reputable business would try to make this right. Mr. Appliance didn't--they just tried to take more money. Stay far away.
