I am Highly upset that I prepaid for 10 garments and when I picked them up they were all dirty still. Then when I tried to seek help from the young guy at the counter he was a complete wise-ass. This place has gone completely down hill. We have not received all of our clothes back three last visits as well as have received other people's clothes. We tried to talk to the managers, Chuck and Eric, however they were the rudest people and would not offer any compromise and basically said it happens sometimes. Horrible customer service from the managers. Angel is the only person there that has the best customer service and hope she can get out of that sweat shop soon. Don't go here whatsoever! Possible the worse dry cleaners in the history of dry cleaners. Clothing has more dirt and more wrinkled when you pick them up than they were when you drop them off. Thank God zips will open soon read more

I'm not sure why my review doesn't show up here, but I'm pasting it here. This is THE WORST cleaners! It doesn't deserve the one star I have to give it, to write this review! I took a comforter, 3 dresses, a jumpsuit and several of my son's jeans, to be cleaned. I don't believe they cleaned ANY of the items. One of the dresses was a white dress...it's EXTREMELY obvious they did not clean the dress. Amongst other things, you can still see the creases, from sitting, on the back of the dress! I will open a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and expose this place, via the news, next! Do not take your clothing to this "establishment"! read more

This place is terrible!!! Lost my shirts twice!!! Act like they didn't care when I told them will never go back.

absolutely terrible!!! i wish i had read the comments prior to taking my clothes here. i went to try this place for the first time, i dropped off 5 dress shirts and a pair of slacks. went to pick up my items the next day and the items were still dirty and they even damaged my yellow dress shirt. they offered to clean all the items again and i picked up the items the next day and still the items weren't clean. my yellow shirt had blue dye under the sleeves and around the neck. the manager (will) if that's what you want to call him, accused me of wearing something that caused the stains and refused to give me my money back or offer to reimburse me for the shirt that they damaged. this guy will goes out to use the example of, if i bought a burger from burger king and ate the food and wasn't happy would they give me my money back? i asked him was he serious? i grabbed my clothes and left before i went out of character. read more

They repeatedly lost my stuff. The lines were always long, and stuff was typically always wrong. I decided to go to Zips in Temple Hills as they're cheaper and I always get my stuff back correctly. read more

The dire constraints of the American economy forces people to be smart and come up with plans capable of meeting their financial obligations. In many cases this is being juggled while every attempt is being made to feed and clothe a family. Dryclean 4 Express is one business which people saw their needs met while they channeled much needed dollars into other areas. I decided that at $2.00 a pop for every item cleaned that it would work well for my budget. They generally did a decent job and only on two occasions did they have to re-clean my garments at no charge due to them not being spot cleaned as was requested. I continued to visit the establishment mainly because the employees, with the exception of one young woman, were always smiling and pleasant. Last week, I was surprised to discover that one blazer returned to me was missing all the buttons at the front and on the sleeves. EVERY SINGLE BUTTON was gone and more so seemed to be cut off. The young lady who had taken the items in when I dropped them off said that Dryclean 4 Express did not guarantee buttons on items being cleaned. I pointed out that this was not a case where there was a loose button and only one had dropped off. I have had a lot of items cleaned over the years and have never ever seen anything of this nature. After closer inspection, the employee said that if any of the buttons were loose when she took in the blazer, she would have attached a note to that effect. Such notation was not on said ticket and she acknowledged that it was odd for all of the buttons to be missing. She promised to leave the blazer in the owner's office so that he could have a look at it. When I returned to the cleaners and explained the issue of the item in his office, owner Chuck Kim without a word of response, walked over to his office and came back with my blazer in hand. He gave the blazer to me and then shrugged his shoulders and said they could not guarantee buttons. I attempted to have a conversation with Mr. Kim to explain that this was an unusual situation in that all of the buttons were missing. I had barely gotten two words out when Mr. Kim shrugged his shoulders again, turned around and walked away. I have since reviewed online complaints and spoken with some customers who received the same treatment from Mr. Kim. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. Mr. Kim made no effort to acknowledge the problem or offer an explanation. Perhaps he feels that the low price of $2.00 per garment warrants his dismissal of any problems with a shrug of his shoulders. It does not. I am thoroughly disheartened that businesses are not being chastised for not only very poor customer service from the owner, but also total disrespect for individuals who choose to spend their hard-earned money there. read more

I used this dry cleaner because of convenience to my workplace and because it was inexpensive. It was a huge mistake. There is absolutely no regard for customer service or for cleaning clothing well at this place of business. Save yourself stress and find another dry cleaner. My husband's expensive shirt came back ripped near the pocket. It was a large rip and beyond repair. When I asked for compensation I was given a ridiculously low compensation and it was merely a credit to be used in their dry cleaning establishment. I certainly did not want that as I do not want to return for more clothing to be ruined. The owner was rude. One can only pay cash at this lousy dry cleaner. Buttons come back ruined or missing. Spots are not removed. I will never return as I take time selecting clothing for myself and family. There is absolutely no regard for customer service or doing a decent job of dry cleaning at this place of business. If I saved any money by using this dry cleaner, I spent it by replacing all that had been ruined by them. read more

I made the mistake of using these guys to clean my mothers expensive designer coat. WRONG!! It came back with not two but three irreplaceable missing buttons. oWhat would it hurt to save buttons. I understand that you are "not responsible" for buttons. It's just good customer service. No effort is made toward good customer service. read more

As a senior citizen with limited income I decided to take my coat to the local 1.99 dry cleaner. So, I took my coat that was 2 sizes and received a coat that was now 2 sizes smaller. The conditions on the ticket state that some materials may shrink due to the process, but the materials listed were not the materials in my coat. So, I spoke to the manager who treated me as though I shrink the coat. And also would not address me directly just continued to walk away without even addressing my legitamit concerns. Needless to say I do not want to take the limited funds I have and give them to a company that provides services without taking responsibility for their actions. Should I not receive the same respect at the 1.99 dry cleaners as I do at any other? I will never do business there again even if it cost 10.00. read more

I have used this cleaners for the last time. As the saying goes, " you get what you pay for!" On this last occasion I took my family's garments there, I received 2 garments completely ruined with red stains on them that were not on them when I dropped them off. It looked as if someone spilled red Kool-Aid on them. Garments did not appear to be cleaned or pressed you still could see the creases in them from when you sit down, huge surface stains still on the clothing. Buttons were ripped on of shirts and sweaters. Nevertheless, these are garments of high quality, "Chicos, Ralph Lauren, just to name a few. When I picked up the clothing, they gave me someone else's clothing. Thankfully, I checked the item count before I left the parking lot. The level of customer service is far below standards. You have employees that sell iphone cases to customers instead of working and taking care of the customer's garments. You don't receive a greeting, a thank you or anything. They just take your money and tell you to come back after 5. And the after 5 is not always a guarantee either. Never, Never , Never again. read more

I don't normally write reviews but I am compelled to do so in this case. I gave them one star only because I could not give them zero. They cut buttons off your clothes and then say they don't guarantee buttons. Two buttons were missing from a blazer when it was returned and the strings still hanging where the button once was. I would have never taken it in there with the button strings still hanging if the buttons had been missing when I took it there. Also, in the past, they put a crease down the middle of a prom dress -- go figure??? I vowed to never go back because they ruined a coat. In a crunch to get something done fast, I broke my vow and went back. They seem to merely put stuff on the hangers and give them back to you with missing buttons. They do not care about the customer. They are rude and walk away saying nothing if you try to complain or talk to them about the missing buttons or any error. Beware. Never again will I be so desparate as to give them another chance. Usually you get what you pay for. Even for $2.00, you still don't get what you pay for in this case. You just pay and get nothing but horrible service. It would be better to just drive by the store and throw your money out the window instead of taking it in there and giving it to them directly. Either way, its a waste! read more
