People PLEASE BE CAREFUL when taking your clothe to this Dry Cleaners on 9851 NW 58th St. Last year they lost an aglet from my long Burberry Black Hoodie Coat and now they lost a beige one from my long beige coat. I texted the owner and he saw the text but ignored it, went to the dry cleaner and the employees said there was nothing. How do they throw away buttons or anglers knowing it belongs to someone's piece of clothing. It's their responsibility to save everything that comes off as I can't get the same aglet since Burberry doesn't sell them. These are $1800 coats not $200 where I can buy another one tomorrow. I went with my sister his cleaner located in Doral and I really liked the service here. The prices are reasonable and I was very happy that the guy told us that our things will be ready by Thursday which is so nice and convenient. It's located in a shopping center and parking might be a little bit limited but not a problem at all. read more

Had to dry clean one of my favorite suits for an event coming up and unfortunately this place took long in getting it back to me. While they did do a good job at ensuring my suit was nice and clean the turnaround time was disappointing. I ended up having to wear another suit to the event. I don't plan to return to this location given the poor experience and customer service. read more

My review is for the way they handled a mistake on their part. In a photo that I posted before you can see how badly my black & white dress was ruined. Basically the white came out grey. The owner took very good care of us. They tried to clean the dress again but unfortunately there was no way of repairing it. I will say that the owner of this place took full responsibility for the damages & returned my money plus paid for a portion of my dress. The other things they cleaned for me were fine except for one dress shirt that was shrunk a bit. Personally I don't think I will ever take anything of mine there again. Perhaps it was luck of the draw or whatever but just to be safe, I'm looking for a new place. But I'm pleased to see that they are a responsible business & take care of their costumers 100%. read more

I did have an incident where they stain one of my husbands business shirt, but they where nice and gave us a credit for it so...is cheaper but they take longer than other places, if you want faster turnaround you have to pay a little more, but if not in a hurry, you will save money. read more

I am so sad that I have to do this but I can't stand bad customer service. They do an excellent job with the dry cleaners. BUT, their customer service SUCKS, there's always an issue. I've been going there for over a year. Sadly, we recently moved to Orlando, and even then every time I come to miami I do the dry cleaners there. BUT, I always have little issues with them. First issue ever was that they charged me a specific price for lets say 15 shirts. Next month I went with the SAME shirts and they wanted to charge me more because they had to be ironed by hand. So, the girl said that it was her fault to forgive her and honestly I said ok, they gave me 15% off every time I would go, I was ok with that. Take note, that I had to FIGHT to get the discount price because they refused to. Today, was the last drop and I've decided to NEVER GO BACK. I came from Orlando and dropped of the clothes yesterday and paid RUSH. Just like every other time, they told me to pick it up from 3pm. I showed up at 2pm (yes, i know i was early) and she said some shirts were still getting dry cleaned to come at 3. I said "ok no problem I have other things to do in the area" (I am staying 45 mins from this drycleaners so I could not come and go as they pleased). I came back at 4:10pm and they said there was one shirt still not ready. I was like ok, I can wait. And he(Andres, the owner) is like "it might take over an hour". So, I said I had to go since I drive today back to orlando (reason why I paid rush) to just give me the dirty shirt and the money back for that one shirt. He (the owner) said that they can't do that, that it's with a bunch of other shirts and it'll be hard to find. I said, "ok, give me options what do I do?" he said only option is that you come in an hour like it says on the receipt. To his defense, yes it says 5pm, but they always say come at 3pm and they are always ready and then he said "that's just a courtesy for us to say 3pm" so I said "oh so you lie, and make me stop what I am doing and come at 3pm for you to tell me to come back later?".....I am sorry but he was so disrespectful not letting me even talk. I straight up said (with people there) to let me talk that I go there all the time. All I wanted is options, I couldn't go back at 5pm because I was driving back to orlando reason why I PAID the RUSH. I even said I would wait and he said it might take longer....so what am I supposed to do? He was super rude about it. THEN, once I left pissed and told the owner that something ALWAYS happens with them that I wont be coming back. He calls me back right when I am on the highway saying my shirts ready... REALLY? he tried to apologize but it was too late, damaged was done, he was rude and disrespectful to a loyal customer in public with other customers there. He went on to explain one of his employees had a seizure so they only had one girl working. Which I was sympathetic enough to suggest...well if that was this morning you could of called all your clients that paid rush and are expecting to pick up at 3pm to let them know to come later, SPECIALLY since I came at 2pm they could of informed me that they are delayed to come at 6. You can't fuck with other peoples schedules and life. It was wrong for them to LIE about the time when I first showed up, and it was wrong for the owner to be so disrespectful to me when I was simply asking for options since his ONLY option which was picking up at 5pm I couldn't do. I am so sad to have to write this, but i felt so disrespected by the owner to a business I've been going to. DO NOT GO HERE, there are 1248993 other dry cleaners in the area with the same price that will treat you with respect. read more

I called twice no answer and then when I got someone on the phone she was too busy to give me prices over the phone??? Told me I had to stop in to get prices! If this is the service over the phone I'd hate to see what it is in person or with regards to the cloths. read more
