Called Dryer Vent Wizard because I purchased a brand new LG dryer from Best Buy and I kept getting a error code that something was blocking my vent flow and my dryer would flash the code and would not finish drying the clothes. Witch Doctor maybe no Wizardry. Their sales is on point but the service is shabby. $200 isn't worth it at all more bang for your buck to have a duct cleaning service clean all the vents in your house and have them clean your dryer vent. My dryer is cleaning much better now I will say and they left no debris around the areas lent was flying around. My beef is $35 to clean lint trap area in dryer should be included but the stupid thing is they just vacuum it, for $35 they should have cleaned it spotless, also travel charge nit picking nonsense. Vacuum and clean with a wet rag yourself before they get there. They definitely took 85% of the lent, ours was really bad but to be at a Wizard level it really should have been close to spotless in the whole system. They were there a little over an hour. We would not call them again, our dryer vent will be cleaned with air ducts from now on. read more

They did an excellent job.The technician was very friendly and did a great job explaining everything. the amount of lint that came out of my event was crazy amount. It's not cheap, but I went from 35% airflow to 90% airflow. My dryer drys way quicker which means it's gonna save me money on gas and electric. Well worth it. read more

This company is a complete RIP-OFF! They charged $317.00 for approx. 20 min of work. The technician came through our home with wet shoes and he left the debris he took out of the vent from the 2nd story roof on the roof, which blew all over my clean yard. I called one of the partners, Jane, to complain about the cost who said she would get back to me after talking to the technician but of course there was no follow-up. To their defense, my husband (who is not in charge of house hold issues) agreed to their quote while I was in the home but unavailable. In speaking with other companies that were less than half the cost, I do not believe they could have remotely done a thorough job in the time spent. The BBB suggests an entire HVAC cleaning at an average of $350.00 which nearly takes a half to full day. I highly recommend looking at other companies to provide this service! read more
