We were having trouble with our furnace about a month ago and spent some time asking around and reading reviews about people in the business. We had 3 people come out to talk to us--the 3rd being Mark, who came highly recommended by a friend. He came out the same evening we called, which we really appreciated. He was very straight forward and advised us on what made the most sense to do, not what was necessarily the most expensive alternative. He offered the exact same furnaces as another guy who sells Tranes at a fraction of the cost. He is fair and honest, and did not push us to go with the most expensive furnace. Josh and Thomas came a few days later to do the installation and they were great. We are happy all around with Oakley and would recommend them to anyone. We will inevitably be needing to replace our AC. Relieved to know we know who to go to when it happens. read more

Mark was straight forward with the quote and our options. He did not try to pressure us into getting a more expensive A/C unit and offered American made units as well. I appreciate the service given by both Mark and Josh. When our furnace died yesterday, I called Mark and he was at our house in 30 minutes. I couldn't believe how quick he was able to respond. Oakley just installed a new furnace and energy saving heat pump for me at a price lower than other contractors quoted for a traditional a/c system. They showed up on the promised date, finished on time, and performed the job for the quoted price even though it was a difficult installation in an older home. They were the only contractor willing to do the extra work necessary to install a money saving second meter, plus they complete the paperwork for you for your applicable rebates. In today's world, many privately owned service companies will overcharge and attempt to upgrade/ over sell services when it is not needed. Oakley is not that way. Our AC unit quit on a very hot day. I contacted Kim at Oakley in at the morning. By noon Mark the owner stopped by, recommended a replacement unit in the afternoon, and completed the installation the next morning. Wow! Oakley quoted the best prices on good brands ( 10-20% below other quotes), and also gave an additional discount for furnace and a/c installation. The installations were done in a timely manner. Had trouble with our furnance. Came out at Eight o'clock at night because after three attempts could not get the furnance to start.
