Jamie and Jimmy could not have been more responsive or nicer with our entire transaction. Jamie kept me updated as to timing, was very responsive to my various questions, worked with me on pricing, and then answered a ton of questions the day we picked up the boat. They made it easy by having all the paperwork ready to go and even had the registration number on the boat and ready to go (another dealer told me I had to handle that myself). A really great experience for my wife and I. They seem like very friendly folks and knowledgeable about what they are doing. Would not hesitate to use them again. Only wish list item I would have liked was to have a full tank of gas in the boat. We rolled out with around 25%. I saw others on the Barletta FB page say their dealer sent them away with a fully loaded tank. I suspect they may have done this in part due to the price of gas and also possibly because I had a long ride home to another state.

I usually go for their Campfire Latte (a signature for a reason) or whatever seasonal syrup they're featuring, and their matcha latte is reliable too. It has entertainment: I love taking a quick study break to browse the shop's outdoor gear and clothing; it honestly feels a little like being transported to the West Coast for a moment (give me some Oregan vibes!). Most pricing is higher than what you would normally pay online or at store outside of Sanford. Mostly irrelevant tshirts, sweatpants, and sweatshirts. I prefer Hibbet, and hope they have a reopening or something with new changes in mind on how to attract more customers. Even when I load up my basket without any assistance and go to the checkout I feel like I'm imposing on the elderly checkout lady. She's obviously unhappy to be working but she should try smiling or pretend to be nice. Don't scold a customer for bringing in a paper coupon instead of using his phone. And at the very least, try a thank the customer for shopping. I'll give Dunhams 1 more shot but if there is no customer service, I'm done.
