I also spoke to them several times about them not pressing cloths properly and I have to finish ironing clothes at home. After being shown clothes that were not cleaned properly they are not reimbursing my money and the manager is not returning calls! I recently called to check on the status of cleaning but the women on the phone told me that "she is busy and doesn't have time to check it on the computer" before hanging up on me. Service went down, people that work over there are rude and don't care about loyal customers anymore or quality of service. I sent my husband to pick up the order and assumed we would be getting a hefty discount since they completely lost our items for 10 days, but instead we were still charged $137, which "included" a small discount. Absolutely ridiculous for 3 blankets and 3 pillow covers after being lost for so long. In addition to the absurdity of trying to get my stuff cleaned, I received them in almost the same condition they were brought to them in. It seems as though they sprayed some freshener on them and called it good. They definitely were not cleaned.
