To have top personnel come out on the job, is absolutely a plus. Second, I watched and asked questions in the beginning- they were not at all annoyed but in fact answered everything I had to ask. Recently we had capstone come and insulate our attic. We noticed a difference immediately. Our home is fairly new, but James explained that not enough insulate and bad ventilation could cause the issue we are experiencing. The night after James from Capstone added new baffles in our attic and more insulation, the temperature dropped to -20c outside. Yet our bedroom was actually warm like the rest of the house for the first time on a cold night. Since then we have reduced our thermostat by 2 degrees but we feel warmer and more comfortable upstairs. Not only was capstone very competitive in their pricing, but James returned a few items and refunded us as they weren't needed. My only regret is not doing this sooner.
