Got the wrong sheen on another batch of paint. Pay for foam, then they can't find it. Ordered cabinet from them... I think they threw it off the truck it was so damaged. One time I paid for my water softener salt, we loaded it ourselves, next thing Drew is out accusing me of stealing it. You wonder why I keep going back... because they are the closest to my house. I stopped going there for years, but I thought I would give them another chance. But they just keep screwing up. I'm done with them.

I brought in a new no start Troybilt snow blower under warranty. Up front they ask for…read morea $40 deposit, I paid thinking it would be returned because of warranty. 2days later picked up SB. they wanted $44 more! They said fuel was old+carb was dirty, my fault, not covered by warranty!!! Then noticed after using it again, they had arbitrarly stuck their business sticker on the front of my snow blower without my permission. Sticker wont come off, unless its heated or scraped but then will damage the paint. I will never go back there. I do not recommend them ever.
