History

Established in 2023.

Coming from a diverse background of 20+ years in the construction industry, and establishing our own successful renovations company - we discovered one of the largest issues in renovations was the insulation used, or lack thereof. This would cause unfathomable energy deficiencies throughout a building envelope, leading to air and vapour loss and eventually tens of thousands of dollars in property damages. Through our own experiences utilizing spray foam insulation we discovered a gap in the industry between client & product knowledge, and proper application; discovering that even modern technologies such as spray foam insulation could fail due to improper application as a result of improper training & education. As a result we created NorthGuard Spray Foam Systems, where we are dedicated in our mission to bridge those gaps and provide a service in which we as a sub-trade contractor care about your building project just as much as you do!

With over 10 years, specializing in the renovations sector of the construction industry. I had seen so many unfortunate realities of home owner diy projects gone bad, poor contractor craftsmanship, and failed products and installation methods. One of the primary components to a buildings failure almost always involved insulation, air and vapor barriers, or waterproofing. These specifics became my greatest passions in the industry, which eventually led me to branching out and co-founding NorthGuard Spray Foam Systems.
