Both projects were completed with a high degree of professionalism and significant attention to details. At no time did we feel the project was compromised for speed or price, even for those items that would never be apparent once walls were closed in. Some of the strongest attributes Schrader delivers include project logistics (the project never languished and it moved along rapidly with a high degree of coordination among high quality subs), cleanliness (the job site was never messy, at day end everything was cleaned up, dust remediation was outstanding, and the job site was always protected from the weather), and skill (the smallest details were completed with the highest attention to quality, joinery was not "fudged" with caulk). He did not put moisture barrier or level the shower base. He failed to measure the walls and check for square and one wall was 1 1/2 '' out of square. After installing the shower door frame the door had an 1 1/2'' gap at the top. His idea was to put a wedge in the gap when he should have squared the to begin with. I said that's not gonna work and his answer was what do you want me to do. I said fix it and he couldn't and he left and never came back. Took him to court and he never showed.
