Today this hairdresser charged her $220! She paid it and come home upset. I went to the shop. The owner said she spoke with her girls and explained that next time they do extra on someone they need to tell them...only refunded $60. That was after only offering half off on the highlights still needed to get rid of one dimensional color job. Owner said she couldn't take money her hairdresser earned away! This girl was Not honest with my daughter but got to overcharge her anyway! I felt like it was a bait and switch, tell her $85 but charge $220(minus the $60 they finally agreed to give back) Awful experience. And her hair is only one dimensional brownish color, no highlights/lowlights!
