From the start, she was friendly, informative, and incredibly easy to work with. Once we booked, she sent several location options, and we chose Napili Bay. It ended up being the perfect spot for our family. On the day of the shoot, Cynthia was warm, kind, and so much fun to work with. She made the entire experience feel relaxed and effortless, and she was especially wonderful with our nine-year-old son, easily coaxing genuine smiles and making him feel comfortable the whole time.
