Absolutely love the food. Service is pretty good as well-most remember me although I'm not that frequent of a customer. However, I do not understand why they can't blow up their menu, print it, put it in photo sleeves and tape it to the currently blank menu board so you don't have to sit online to look up their options. Yum!!! Excellent, authentic Thai. I'm so glad I saw this on Yelp and tried it. I believe it was the owners working there, and they were SO nice. They easily accommodated my gluten-free requests. My food was cooked then, quickly, and it was served piping hot. I ordered the Thai basil fried rice, and they made it without soy sauce (per my request). I also didn't want chicken or sausage. I received a ton of veggies, tofu, and shrimp. It was very delicious. I highly recommend stopping by, and I'll definitely return next time I'm in Marshall. read more

What a treat! I loved finding Thai food in this region of the state. The first step in the door you are hit with wonderful deep fragrances. My mouth immediately started to water. I ordered three items to take two home and then at one on the restaurant. Two I was familiar with Chicken Pad Thai is a regular favorite, and Chicken yellow curry smelled so good I had to try it while still standing at the table. Then a new item was the pad si ew. I ordered mine with beef and shrimp. When asked how hot I said hot enough to make a Minnesotan sweat. The owner suggested #1. He was right. It was enough heat to make me sniff and sweet but not to overwhelm the other flavors. The owner said that it was the number one street vendor item in Thailand. The shrimp was cooked to perfection and offered cooling contrasts to the spicy flavors. I cannot wait to come back read more

Not bad at all. Plenty of spaces, interior looks newer and updated. Neat and clean bathroom. Feels like you're sitting at fast food restaurant due to the ordering process, seating, and self serve drinks. Foods was good, the chickens could use some work as it's harder than most. Just the food alone would be 4 stars, but now add the friendly and courteous 'Joe' to the mix, and that adds the final star. Joe was super nice and welcoming. We had Yellow Curry Chicken, Veggies Stir Fry with chicken breast, Pork Bellies and Veggies Stir Fry, and Pineapple Chicken Spicy with actual genuine spice from Bangkok. Stopped for lunch and glad we did. Food was fresh and delicious. Asked for spice and got it. Very friendly staff and owner.

Had the chicken pad thai. Was asked if I'd like it a little spicy and I agreed. Bean sprouts were a little lost in the dish as I think maybe they were added too early and the whole dish was a little over cooked. Chicken had some hard bits in it and was a bit sparse. Overall good and the Thai beer was very good and complemented the food well. I guess the beer is made locally too. Was definitely not too spicy. read more

I'm surprised by all the glowing reviews. I had the garlic chicken. Not impressed, no flavor and certainly not comparable to any Thai food I've eaten. I received fried rice instead of steamed and they have fake soy sauce on the counter. No chile to spice your food up. The spring rolls are served with a sickly sweet sauce. I drive from South Dakota to Minneapolis often. This is a frequent dinner or lunch place for me. Been there 6 times till now and tried multiple dishes all deserving 5 stars. Pad Thai, pad sew, basil fried rice and chicken fried rice. I mostly eat vegetables or vegetarian and it was totally worth it. The owners are kind and nice to talk to. The service is fast and you can be In and out in 20-25 mins for sit down food. Never done a drive through which is available too. read more

Read the reviews that were so glowing so decided to try it out when we were passing thru on Saturday, July 10. The staff was very helpful and efficient. They were very friendly and kind. The food however was disappointing. It came out in good time and was nice and hit. Looked presentable and appealing. Sadly there was little flavor and not enough spice/heat to it. I had the Green Curry with Chicken and my husband had their Pad Thai. It was a little hard to tell the difference in flavor. The two entrees tasted the same. We love Thai food and hoped to get a great meal. Sadly we only got mediocre food. While there were good things about the place, the thing most needed, great food, wasn't one of them. We may try it again if we pass thru, but we'll definitely ask for more "kick" in the food! read more

Update: we stopped again on our way back through Marshall. My daughter had the Pad Thai which was flavorful and delicious as before and I had the Ka Pow chicken which was delightfully spicy and excellent. This place was lights out! Very surprised to find an authentic Thai place in Marshall, Minnesota. Cooked fresh and fast-had our food within 5 minutes of ordering - set up would remind you of Pei Wei. We love Thai food and eat it often, and this was probably the best Pad Thai I've had in 10 years (I ordered it spicy). The garlic chicken and mango with sticky rice were also yummy. I, too, am very surprised at all the five star reviews. We were not impressed with the food at all. The chicken tasted, not like any kind of chicken I have ever had before. It was very strange. My husband and I both picked out all the chicken and set it aside. As there was not much taste to our rice, we took our bowls up to the counter and asked if they could add a bit more seasoning sauce. She put on so much, that we could not eat it. One other thing that turns me off is that everything is served in plastic - plates, bowls, eating utensils, glasses. This place is thebomb.com, the beer is delicious and pad thai super flavorful. The owner works with local brewers to brew his own beer which is refreshing. We stopped by for a bite and were very surprised. This is probably the best Thai/ethnic food in small-town Minnesota! read more

Stumbled across this fast food style Thai place in Marshall, Minnesota and I had to check it out. I'm a first impression kind of guy and at first glance I was very impressed. Very clean and organized with a layout that wasn't too crowded. The service was excellent and we were met with a smile. I ordered the yellow curry chicken. There were three of us in my party and it only took a few minutes for our food to arrive, and it was excellent. One of the people in my party ordered a meal with no vegetables and they were more than accommodating. I would recommend D's Thai to anyone who likes Thai food. 5 stars!! read more
