The truck they were looking for.
    Fantasia T.

If I could give zero stars I would. On 2/13/2023, I drove my dad's 2001 Chevy Silverado to Target. I come out from work and the truck is GONE! I had security pull the footage and we see the tow truck from D's pull up, and snatch my daddy's truck in a matter of seconds. When I finally find the contact info, I called to inquire about why it was taken. All dispatch could say was "we got the wrong vehicle. she's bringing your truck back now." After waiting nearly an hour, the Driver pulls up on front of the store, parks and just sits there. I go out and she still sat there for another three or four minutes before "apologizing" Finally she lets the truck down and says "if you need anything let me know." Security told me to check the truck for valuables and sure enough, she had taken a knife from the door. It belonged to my dad who passed away on 2/6. It was in a personal holster wrapped in a blue microfiber towel pushed into another holster so there's absolutely no way it could have fallen out. Especially since the towel was on the floor near the driver seat. The driver was still in the parking lot so I flagged her down to ask for it back. She claimed she already had knives and pulled out three. Then said "you can look in my truck" I refused because, again, she was holding three knives. I didn't want to risk it. Before she left, we were able to capture a picture of the truck that mine was mistaken for. They're two TOTALLY different vehicles. My dad's truck is a forest green extended cab pick up. She picked up a mint green single cab pickup. All of this could have been avoided is she had VERIFIED the vehicle. She didn't check the tag OR the VIN. I'll attach pics. I called dispatch and told her that I didn't want to cause any trouble. I just wanted the driver to return the knife because it belonged to my deceased father. She said "I'm going to check her truck, but she could get rid of it before she gets back" then claimed she would call back. I never received that call. MPD was on the scene when she first brought the truck back and said if I wanted to file a complaint, I'd have to file it with D's. So first they stole my dad's truck and then she stole his knife. They're literally a company of CROOKS. ZERO OUT OF TEN WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !

The service I received today was excellent. I hate that I didn't get the guy's name that came to pick my car up. He was very kind.

They have been sued several times and have so many complaints through the Better Business Bureau. They prey on people's misfortune. Its sad reading some of the things they have done to less fortunate people who can't afford towing expenses. My son and I went to a comedy show at Minglewood Hall. We would have been glad to pay for parking. The Minglewood Hall pay lot was completely full and every lot in every direction was full. We finally seen some other people parking in a Baskin-Robbins that was closed. This was on a Sunday night. We didn't see any no parking signs and thought it would be okay. It was a trap! We searched for signs and finnaly seen two very small signs that just said PB&J Towing with a phone number. Come to find out. This company hides around the corner and waits on everyone to go into Minglewood Hall, then they start towing people. To top it all off, they are closed on Sundays. When you call the number, it goes to voicemail or just disconnect you. All of my family was out of town that weekend. We took an Uber to PB&J towing and confirmed they were closed. Then, we turn around and had to get another Uber to take us back to Southaven Mississippi. If you're gonna tow people, you should have the decency to be open. So that people can get their car out. It ended up costing me $80 in Uber fees, and then the next morning. It costed me $250 to get my son's car out of this lot. Its predatory businesses like this. That makes people not come to Memphis for anything! The absolute greed in Memphis is real. After adding up everything. This night costed me roughly $800 to eat and see a comedy show! Thats pretty sad! Im sure these people will eventually get what's coming to them!
