I was frantic to say the least considering I live at 385/Riverdale. Well, I made to this location, pulled into the lot n by then it was fully flat. A guy saw me and came out to meet me n I explained I had run over a rock!!!!‍ He preceded to tell me to pull to a bay n then he checked it out, put air in it but we both heard the air coming back out. He then said hold on let me get someone else. He brought a guy out who bent down n found the leak and to my already bad day said it was in the side wall. Yikes. But they said we got you. You be ok. The guy took off my bad tire n put on my donut, mind u I'd just bought the vehicle a month ago. So yea, I'm a lil nervous. These two gentlemen Mike & Gabe were attentive, calm and most friendly in my time of need. I made it home on the donut. Lollol. I wanted to Thank these guys, but they wouldn't take any token of my appreciation which further made my day. So though I didn't have service this time I won't forget for future choices in my automotive needs. Kudos to these fellows n the mgmt that hired them. . I'm always preaching, "if you can't be anything else, BE KIND".

Every update was either delayed, vague, or flat-out incorrect. After months of excuses, the truck is still not fixed, and he ended up having to buy a new truck just to be able to get to work because they couldn't get their act together. To make it worse, they still charged him $2,000 for absolutely nothing. No repair, no resolution, not even a straightforward answer. Just a huge bill and a useless truck sitting in their lot. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. This place is the definition of unprofessional and unreliable. Not worth your time, money, or sanity

I would not bring your car here unless for regular maintenance and you didn't have another choice…read more I brought a Ford Taurus SHO here when it was it was having a misfire issue. The car threw a CEL check engine light and said to stop driving so I took it to the closest shop I could. That was a mistake. They. Told me they would look at it, but did not want to listen to anything I had to say. I tried to tell them the car was modified and had full bolt ons. They didn't want to hear it and acted like they knew how to handle anything. Ila few days go by while they work on other cars and then I guess they start looking at it. They call back saying it needs coils and plugs. Keep in mind the coils and plugs had lasts than 50k miles on them. So I tell them to go ahead. They end up charging me 1,600$ for a job that takes a competent mechanic maybe an hour to do. They charged me more than double what the spark plugs cost ANYWHERE. Okay fine they need to make their money whatever. They charge me 500-600 for coils. They called me a day or two later saying the car was done. I go to pick it up and make it Maybe 5 minutes down the road before the problem reappears. I call them back. They state they are closed so bring the car back tomorrow. Okay great so I drive it miss-firing the whole time the 12-15 minutes home. I bring it back the next day and ask what is the deal. The service writer proceeds to tell me the turbos are likely bad. I ask what he bases that off of. He talks out of his behind making no logical sense. Keep in mind the car had new turbos installed maybe 20k miles ago, which they would have known had they taken any time to listen to me. I had already paid at this point so I was going to get it resolved. Another day goes by and they call me back stating it is ready. I asked what the problem was. I asked did they compare the spark plugs they pulled out of it to the new ones? Shocker they did not. They out factory plugs in my non factory car that were not the same temperature hot/cold rating. I asked them to get me the right plugs. They said they would warranty out the old ones but never did. I asked several times did they change all the coils or just one and I never got a straight answer. Needless to say a few months later the issue comes back. I decided to do it myself this time, which is really what I should have done the first time. Come to find I had one NGK plug and 5 Motorcraft Ford Plug. Tell me if they did my plugs how did I have a mismatched set??! So at this point I can't trust that they changed all six coils and I end up having to redo what I overpaid them 1,600$ to do. It took me about 2 hours. Keep in mind I work healthcare IT and am not a mechanic. I work on things when I have to but I don't enjoy it. Long story short I would not trust this place for anything. I wouldn't trust them to put the oil you pay for if you use anything but the cheapest oil. Let them plug a tire maaaybe. The rest please save yourself the hassle and frustration and go somewhere else.
