Now my 30 year old furnace needs to be replaced and am so disappointed in the customer service with this company. My husband called on a Thursday, was promised a call back from Chloe to schedule a time for the sales team to come to my house to estimate the replacement that day. No call that day or the next. Finally called them again that next afternoon and was told Chloe was out sick that she would call him on Monday. No call Monday or Tuesday. I called Wednesday morning, spoke to Chloe who never apologized for not calling and set an at home appointment for the following Monday. I told her I may have to change the appointment based on my husband's availability which ended up not working out. I called them back on Thursday and was told by someone else that they couldn't get out here until 10 days later. I told them that I had been a customer for 20 years and couldn't wait that long as I needed a replacement ASAP. I said that I really didn't want to go elsewhere but that I couldn't wait 10 more days and she replied with "I understand, have a nice day, goodbye". That was it. When i called to confirm the date, they said " Given our current workload, we are going to have to pass on scheduling this request" I know all service companies are busy but it is unethical to treat customers poorly.
