He just responded, "no we don't", and he went back to his station with his head down looking at some type of document. Mind you, the store was EMPTY. I told my son, let's go to Nordstrom, as this guy is not interested in selling shoes! That caught his attention as he turned around and looked towards us as we left the store. I was there two weeks prior on a weekend, there was a young African man that assisted me.... As I walked into the store he greeted me immediately and asked if I needed assistance.... What a difference in customer service from this brick and mortar location. It's a tough economy, if someone walks into your store to purchase shoes that average $300 - $600, I would certainly strive to offer the very best customer service possible, treat all your customers with respect and dignity - as you may find yourself unemployed one day!
