Almost all DSWs are the same. Rows and rows of shoes, boots, and sneakers. Clearance section in the back. Great prices on nearly everything. This DSW is no different. While it's only one floor, so therefore it is smaller than some other locations, it still offers a great selection of footwear. Everything is neatly organized, including the clearance section. I was disappointed in their lack of cowgirl boots. They do, however, have a decent supply of regular boots. The cashiers are quick and there is rarely a long line. I went to return a pair of Fry boots that I couldn't even get on my feet at DSW in Levittown They refused to take them said they had been worn. I had not worn them, I recieved them that way in the mail fow DSW. I was able to return them by mail but I had to pay. The worst experience at this specific location! The cashier was very nice and apologetic but the manager was obnoxious. I had a shoe that I wanted to exchange (color and size) and she said I couldn't although I said that was DSW policy online. She said I was asking for a price match when they were the same price. She said she would not do it unless I could find it online. I told her I found it from Google AI (even though it pulled it direct from the website) and she said "well... that's why." with the most awful attitude. Then, my boyfriend went back in and asked about the price matching since we found the policy on their website. Since I had a coupon for $10 off, she wouldn't apply it to the exchange. My boyfriend said that since it's a new member account open, couldn't he just open an account and get the coupon there. She said "I'm not doing that here. You can do that at home." This was a TERRIBLE experience that I never really had with a worker before. Don't recommend coming here. read more

I tried to return a pair of sneakers and was firmly told no. Shoes can't be returned if worn outside, more than 30 days or defective and worn even with a receipt. The store manager is rude. No value in shopping at this company. read more

I went in for suede cleaner and I asked the saleswoman, Ridah, where it would be and she said "I don't know you're going to have to read and find out." I kept my cool and decided to just write a review because I don't have the time to be screaming on Ridah on a Thursday night. But, good customer service is showing the customer where things are, what they look like, etc. She was just so attitudinal especially because I asked her to find these boots for me. She was seriously the worst. I will not be returning to this store. All bad. read more

If you ever have that lingering thought of "wow, there's no choices here" when shopping for shoes... then you need to go to DSW. This location is HUGE! I could easily spend 2 hours here just browsing. There's a very large selection of men and women's shoes. They carry a good amount of sizes. I find it rare that they don't have my size 8 1/2-9. If there's a sparse selection it's probably because the shoe is on sale. The prices are okay, definitely less than the actual store of the brand you're looking for. But it's no Payless. There's also a selection of hangbags, socks and accessories. In the way, way back of the store there's the discounted area. You'll find very quirky and unique-looking shoes but may find some normal ones. And if you find something good... and on sale... it's like finding buried treasure. I recently bought a pair of "Kelly & Katie" flats which I love. And when I first started my job I got a pair of "Bandolino" heels for the office. So most people are familiar with DSW- A great place to buy shoes at good prices. What stuck out to me about this location, which probably sucks to the store management, is that it's a bit of a hidden gem. I went here on a Saturday and it was pretty empty. This is unlike any other DSW location, but it allowed me to shop without feeling crowded, rushed, stressed or hassled AKA all the things that make me hate shopping at other DSWs. I purchased a cute pair of pumps to prove it too. The staff was pretty nice too and ofcourse there was ample parking. read more

This is where I go to get all of my shoes now. They have all kinds of sneakers including the big names like Nike. I also come here for dress and work shoes. They have a very large selection at good prices. I joined there loyalty club and every 6 months or so they send me a coupon in the mail that gives my $10 off. Ordered 3 things online for pickup at 1:00pm, got to DSW at 6:30pm (the order said it would be ready in 4 hours). Two of the items were available for store pickup, one had to be shipped. I waited in a line and once getting to the cashier find out it's not ready, I then wait on the side until 7:20 and they only "found" one of the shoes. I said I'd come back when everything is ready together. Line was crazy long, store is a MESS, needs some serious help. read more

Yikes. One woman working checkout with 5 people ahead of us. Several store employees walked up to the empty registers, turned back, and went about their business. The woman was having issues with the cash register and was jumping between them trying to get one to work. Each customer had to go through the motions of providing their information to sign up for their promotional blah blah blah. After 25 minutes of waiting, still with two ahead of me, I found the shoes on Amazon for cheaper, ordered them and walked out. read more

This is usually my go to place for shoes. They have a huge selection and usually have good deals on shoes. The only trouble is I don't always find shoes I like or shoes that fit right but I can't really blame them for that. They have a lot of styles and lots of isles to browse. They also have a large clearance section. read more

This is a great spot to buy shoes. They have so many shoes here that I was getting a headache trying to figure out what shoes i wanted. Good prices and they have a shoe to fit everyone-comfort, high heels, boots, sandals, everything. I spend 2 hours here and spend quite a good amount of time in their clearance section. This place has the biggest and best selection of foot ware...... If you're a women!! I like this place cause I can pick up a low cost pair of shoes for my wife when I need to earn a few extra brownie points!! I'm a long time DSW shopper and always pretty impressed with their selection. I had a huge issue with a pair I ordered online because they never came, called customer service and they said it was a glitch in the system and was told they rectified it and shipped me a new pair overnight. When they arrived I opened the box and they were the right shoe, wrong size. I stopped into the Levittown store to get some help and was met with the best customer service I could have asked for. Once I stepped foot inside I was expecting strobe lights to flicker into my cornea and have some druggie try to sell me "E." Sorry DSW techno music doesn't put me in a shopping mood, it actually makes me lose focus. Aside from the horrendous choice in musical mood setting, they barely had any of the size 7s that my fiance needed. In a nutshell, this place is a complete washout. I would give no stars at all because the store manager Carolyn is very rude and extremely unprofessional!!! Very long lines and management does not seem to care about the customer. I suggest you AVOID this store altogether because customer service is pretty much Non-existent. read more
