This store is great, located in the mall. I was so excited to receive the Align leggings in Guava pink that I ordered online. Alas, Lululemon changed the Align fabric. Now it is two layers and feels like a rubber band around your legs. Why two layers? Why mess with the original and best Naked Sensation leggings? I would have kept both pairs if they had been the Align with just one layer. With two layers, it feels too warm to wear inside the house. I was so upset about the two layers that I called Lululemon, but they assured me that the double layers are only for the lighter colored leggings for covering up the sheerness. You can tell whether the Align leggings have two layers by the outer seams. The single layered leggings do not have outer seams. Anyway, I was in the neighborhood and the return was processed quickly and efficiently. Just as well because at my age and after some extra snacks during the pandemic, I shouldn't be walking around with pink leggings on anyway. read more

My visit to this store was at the end of February in 2021. I was searching for some "maternity" leggings to work out in and saw other moms rave about the Lululemon Align leggings so I decided to try them out in store since I didn't know my sizing (I am apparently a different size in different styles of their leggings so I'm glad I was able to try them on). They aren't maternity leggings but actually do give good belly support, are SUPER soft, comfortable and NOT see through when you squat down. Pricey? Yeah. But you can still wear them if you're not pregnant so I liked that. I had never bought their leggings before so I was new to the sizing and the different styles but one of the employees was super nice and helpful. There was even a floral print that they sold online and it wasn't in store so she was able to place the online order for me to be shipped to my house for free. They also offer free hemming for their leggings that's ready in a week and since I had liked a print in a longer length that was not available in the shorter length, I opted to get the free hemming done. You can try them on and they will measure you but I didn't feel like trying them on and just told the girl that I wanted it at the 25" length since I knew that length fit me. Once they hem it though, it is final sale obviously. They give you a little slip that you can bring back when you're picking up the item or if you don't have the slip, I believe you can just bring your ID. I called them exactly a week later and the leggings were ready. Pick up was easy at the cashier and quick. Masks are required at all times inside the store and in the fitting rooms but at least you can try items on! I have heard of some clothing stores that closed their fitting rooms due to Covid. read more

As a frequent shopper at this lululemon, I love coming to this store. There are new items every week added to this store and also new sales! First off, the lulu workers here are so friendly and know their stuff. The first time I bought leggings from here I was clearly lost and too nervous to figure out what my correct size is. Don't be afraid to go up to an employee here and ask to be sized or you'll end up me with a bunch of leggings that are way to big for me sitting in my drawer. There are all kinds of leggings for what activity you like to do the best. There's leggings great for yoga, running, kickboxing, OTF or even a combination of all! Shout out to Steph who always helps me when I come to the store. Sometimes, its nice to have someone who knows the store best and helps dress you and pick out items that you may not pick out for yourself. She truly knows the lululemon brand and always helps me pick out new items for the wardrobe! Honestly, I think the customer service at this store goes above and beyond. I would like to say lorie and all the workers at lululemon put this company to shame. But only in this location. I went in today and saw shorts on sale, I asked one of the workers to help me if there was a size medium. WHEN I SAW SHE WAS HOLDING THE SIZE MEDIUM. SHE TOLD ME THERE WAS NO SIZE MED. She came back and told me all 3 shorts that were on the sale rack were marked down on "accident". I didn't get the women's name but she was in pigtails and glasses. Every time I walk into this location, Lorie the manager is fighting with someone new. I love this store, but lululemon should be careful with who they hire. These workers need another check. Love this place it always feels relaxed in here. Love that they have a filtered water system LOL. But this place makes great yoga pants. My favorite by far. If it's your first time getting a pair try the wunder under pants or the high rise. It's such a great fit like a second layer of skin. You'll want to wear them everyday and you'll become obsessed. Just hate when you start wearing it more it'll year soon. Associates are super nice when you try or ask for help. I remember one of my precious visits at this location they gave me a coupon for a free lemonade at shake shack at the register. Super nice of them :). read more

Not a great lulu location. Elitist and customer service is not their priority. I was in the store and nobody would help me, and being a lulu customer where they supposedly stand by their products, I wanted to take a pair of pants back but they wouldn't take them. Their selection is also not that great compared to other locations. You would think that if you spent a ton of money on leggings they would want to cater to you as a customer but I guess I'm not considered one of their target consumers. read more

I previously purchased and returned items here with no issue, actually helpful service. Today, i was straight disrespected by MANAGER KAITLYN AND EMPLOYEE DEE. I wanted to exchange a pair of pants I bought a month prior for one size lower. I wore the pants once didn't have the tag but had the receipt. I knew it wouldn't be a problem, since this exact location took a pair of leggings back with a hole in them with NO RECEIPT and NO TAGS after i bought them like over a year prior - they said as long as they still sell that version. The excuses I heard today included: since I had already exchanged in the past I can't do it again, that each return/exchange is an individual case and they don't have any set rules or policy, that if they were me and they went home took of the tags and tried them on and they didnt fit that they would just accept the 130 dollar loss. When i said would you really do that D or DEE responded "Do you think i'm lying?" She went on to say that if every customer came in after losing 10 pounds asking for a smaller size that the company would be giving out free pants - commenting on my weight or insinuating I was cheating the system. She also suggested that she show me other sizes in the exact same pants for me to buy. So i should RE-BUY the pants and have one that doesn't fit and one that does. At certain points dee was laughing and k/caitlyn was rolling her eyes. Beyond unacceptable. During this, a random women came up to us and the employee D and manager KAITLYN or CAITLYN and said that we were completely right and she felt the need to involve herself, and told us to go to the Manhassat location where they would happily make the exchange. Dee stopped smiling at this point. Let me know when you hire professionals that consider the fact that you are a persistent customer and these conditions had previously been acceptable. I have a huge issue with what happened today and am not accepting that I have the wrong size. read more

Lululemon is my favorite store for athletic/yoga apparel and gear. However, the prices can border on the stratospheric, so you either need to be profligate with your spending, or very savvy about getting items on sale. Most pants are $99+, hoodies and jackets are often $89+, etc. It's up to you whether those prices are worth it for what you get. What you do get is clothing that, from what I can tell, is of extremely high quality, comfortable, and flattering. Lululemon is famous for its Groove Pants that make your tush look fantastic. I use my Lulu clothes for yoga, weight training, cardio, walking, hiking, canoeing, and climbing mountains. Everything I own stands up to what I ask of it and allows me to burn calories in comfort and style. My Lulu yoga mat is second to none in quality and comfort. It is thick and cushiony, which my spine is always grateful for. Service at the store is great. Lulu as a company puts a very strong emphasis on all of its "educators" (store employees) being knowledgeable about all the products they sell, and helping any "guest" (customer) find exactly what they're looking for. It's a premium shopping experience, with prices to match. There's a lot to the Lululemon culture, as they go above and beyond just having retail locations and an online presence. There are free yoga classes every Sunday in the store, for example. It's pretty fun stuff if you're into the yoga scene. The only way to find out if it's right for you is to go into the store, be greeted by a peppy, cheerful educator, and start trying stuff on. You'll probably either become an instant convert, or be turned off right away. Me, I'll be going back when I can next afford to. read more

I have been to a handful of LuLulemons. Many of whichever give you a super friendly welcome then their tone changes throughout the course of your visit. This is the one LuLu that is ALWAYS consistent whether or not you are making a purchase or strictly looking for sale items. Once they are not helping someone they will point things out to you. NEW ITEMS GO ON SALE ONCE A WEEK. YOU JUST HAVE TO LOOK!. Known fact that the one in Union Square NYC looks at you different and refuses to help you locate merchandise on sale if you ask. KUDOS TO THE STAFF at Lululemon in Roosevelt Field Mall. They truly went above and beyond in an amazing way on Sunday. My teen had purchased leggings (cash) to celebrate a new season of sports re-starting this week. She saved the money herself. They were stolen from under her feet (although outside store by food court) within minutes. Mall security was dismissive and no help (another story). She returned to the store to try to ask for a receipt in the hopes that she could file a claim with mall security or the like. The kind staff at Lululemon remembered her, knew that she is a repeat shopper, and gave her a replacement pair gratis. Thank you for understanding that a 15 year old who saved her own money, and was enjoying her first time back to mall post-covid closure really, really needed that generous kindness. I frequent a lot of Lululemon around the NY and Manhattan area. This one by far is a so so location. The size selection is very limited especially for tops. I'm a size 12 at Lulu and sometimes like to up to a 14 on some of the more fitted tops . I'm never able to get it in store ever!!! Always have to seek out the internet or another store . I have been a lulu customer since before lulu was even in the US. I typically shop online, and only go in the store when I have to return things. As a sales associate, it must be really annoying to have to deal with me and all my returns, but the Roosevelt field team is always so nice and ready to help. This was obvious when I brought in three shirts that I had purchased 1 year prior that had a built in bra that kept getting tangled. Not only did they let me return all three, but they worked tirelessly with me to find a perfect fitting sports bra and cute tops and bottoms. You will always walk in this store to a smiling associate who is ready to help. They are so nice, I might give up my online lulu relationship and make this lulu my new go-to! read more

This store is great!! The prices are relatively the same as the lululemon location on smith, except the 9% sales tax :( I pretty much knew exactly what I needed, and wanted so I called up prior to coming. When I came in the first girl wasn't really helpful (I just asked if they have other colors in the back). A really sweet sales girl ran up upon seeing this, and was trying to assist me. I must of spent 5 minutes in that store but she made my experience great! They have a nice sales rack with multiple choices, I got a hoodie on sale for $64 while on smith their sale hoodies are $49 but defiantly different items so it's worth it! Today was my first time ever in Lululemon. Before today I never bothered to try on their leggings because I didn't think they would fit me. When I walked in the staff greeted me and seemed extremely eager to help me. They made me feel very happy and confident with how I looked in the leggings. Went here for the first time because everyone in my hot yoga class would wear Lulemon and I wanted to see what it was all about. I went in and was greted by a cheerful store employee. They were very helpful without being pushy. I tried alot of differnt styles of pants and crops and they were very helpful in sizing. This is by far the most comfortable and qality yoga clothes i have ever worn. They are made very well . They only down side is you cannot just throw them in the wash withyour other clothes. The emplyee there told me they will start pilling so you must do a separate wash fir your lululemon clothes but from what i understand they really last. They are very pricey but if you do alot of exercise daily then the clothes are worth it . read more
