Sketchers in Levittown NY is a walk in find the size, try on and go to register to buy store. Often they do not have the size in the style but can check other stores and online. A.J. was assisting and found in Deer Park items that while different seemed to be ok. Thing is Sketcher had made a medium , wide and extra wide width. And for some reason the wide width doesn't exhaust anymore. The extra wide was purchased but really is too big as the shoe is a light weight sneaker style and even though it has laces it can not be made tighter. So we are not really happy with it. The next issue is (look under Tips) is that we have a rewards sign up and there was a 5 dollar reward available. But there were a few things I had not done - gone to the site add it on the card and then bring the phone to scan it. I happened to forget my phone that one day. So, how do I get the 5 dollars? Bring the shoes and boxes back with the receipt (don't forget the phone) refund it all. Add the 5 dollar coupon re-ring it up and be on ones way. OH wait!! It was easier to go to Levittown with Rich the manager who oked it after I spoke with him via the phone, But- why the the amount different? The tax in Nassau is more than Suffolk county. So disgusted with the blond manager here. She made a mess in the isle right next to the bathroom where I was trying to get into with my three small girls. She was on the floor with legs sprawled out and did not even offer to get up to let me and my kids pass. As we maneuvered around/over her she was talking to herself and did not even acknowledge us. What kind of customer service is this? I just spent $107 dollars in the store and she did not care one bit about the fact that my kids (7,5,2) needed to get into the bathroom. read more

My review is somewhat in the middle for this place They don't have a very big selection of shoes. There was only one time I came here and found two pairs of shoes and that was a good sale buy one get one half off. Otherwise I don't usually find anything at this store even at other locations. I don't like the layout of this store, I can't stand how all the shoes are up high as it makes it harder for us shorter people to see the shoes. They also put some shoes stacked amidst the boxes lower so you miss a few styles if you don't look down near the bottom. I feel like they only carry a few good brands of shoes, the rest are junky. I might still stop in here to look for shoes or sneakers but I don't count on finding anything. read more

I love the selection and almost always have my size, however whenever I go into the Levittown store, I feel like I'm being watched. I am a 56 year old woman who goes there often, but starting to feel uncomfortable.
