Got to store 7:58p and doors were locked. Yelp states they are open until 9pm. There's a sign on door they close @ 8p but even before then the doors are locked. I get they need to get ready for closing time but at least update Yelp so people don't rush to get there only to have a door closed on them early. read more

The clothes make the man, or so they say, but really I do think it's the shoes. A good pair of shoes will get you far. You'll feel that you can take on the world. Or perhaps that's just me. I really love shoes. As a fellow shoe lover, DSW is my haven. Particularly this location. Seriously, out of all the ones I have gone to, this is the largest. It is profoundly spacious, clean, and organized, and the staff is used to high volumes of customers. Each staff member has been trained on politeness, helpfulness, and most of all, recommending what suits you. Whether that's a certain type of shoe or whether it's informing you of using coupons or the store having a sale, they do it all. Not to mention that they also order shoes for you if they don't have them at the store. That last bit happened to me on my last visit and it wasn't even three days later when I received the shoes I ordered. I also got a second pair of shoes at the store and essentially I made out like a bandit as two pairs of heels cost $40. Oh, and I have a coupon I could use much later, so score for me. Love me some DSW, and well, you would, too, if you went to this store. Even my boyfriend likes this store, and eh, like most men, he rather be caught dead than shopping, so that is major accomplishment. Note that this variety is best for when you are going specifically for a shoe, because otherwise, it is easy to be lost in there for hours. So many choices! read more

DSW has a great variety of shoes and they are totally instock!!! The only issue is they are in need of more associates!!!! Only 2 associates in this huge place. It is impossible to handle the workload. They do have help wanted signs. As a result the place is quite messy and they closed down their restrooms to the public, I had to go really bad so I entered anyway but could not use it. It appears that no one is cleaning the restrooms as well I'm assuming that's why they are closed. Hope they get their staffing back to where it needs to be. I'm sure it's due to Covid. And the unemployment benefits. Pictures will she that even the displays are hidden under the mess. All we can do is support our local businesses and keep shopping!! read more

The store is very big. They have a great variety including but not limited to kids, casual, clearance and dress/party shoes. They also have handbags and jewelry. The staff is friendly and helpful even during busy hours. The only complaint is the bathroom. The women's bathroom is dirty and didn't have toilet paper. read more

My cousin always recommends this location to me. In need of a comfy evening shoe, I passed by to see if I'd find my match. Although there were plenty of viable contenders, I ended up leaving with a pair of sandals found in the clearance section which fit perfectly and are suitable for my lazy days at home. Although some styles seemed a bit off season, I did spot plenty of leather goods which are usually a sign of a well made shoe. I'm part of their email list so redeeming my coupons here was a breeze. Shoe shopping can easily be a hit or miss situation but this location offered me plenty of variety which made it hard to choose a final contender. The return policy is pretty decent so if your unworn item turns out not being an adequate fix, solutions are easy with a simple return or exchange. This is my go-to store for the safe shoe, a work shoe, a summer sandal, comfy Keds, dressy/sexy, and all in between. The aisles just seem to multiply each time I go. I can always find a new style that calls my name (and my wallet). I have found the same styles at Macy's for a lesser value, but the convenience here is that you have a bunch of designer styles under one roof. There's also a huge section in the back for clearance shoes. Checkout is always fun because you can browse through the socks, nail polish and wallets. The ladies here are very helpful and nice. I've purchased way too many shoes here but I love them all! I've run in in a hurry looking for comfy kicks before an outdoor event (and scored some cheap Converse on clearance). I've also found the perfect sexy heel for date night and hot wedges for daily use. They also have some jewelry and purses on the right hand side. Some of it can be a little tacky but I've found some cute bracelets here before. I'm a big fan of DSW. Don't be overwhelmed by all the aisles of shoes. They are very well organized by categories. I love shoes and this DSW store it's my favorite, never too crowded and good service. They always have the prices and products I need. You can sign up for their rewards program and get points for every purchase. They will send you coupons, promotions and a special gift certificate on your birthday... What else can I ask for?...I know I can ask for more but I can live with nice shoes for now. At some point my son needed a specific shoe and size, one of the guy helped him until he found what he wanted. In a shoe store with carpets it is veryyyyyy important when there's no bad odors and this store didn't smell bad at all. Out of all the DSW's I have been to this one is definitely the worst. It seems like every shoe I liked online and checked the store finder to see if the shoe is in stock nearby, this store never has any. So I make the trip to see what they actually have in stock. The store is HUGE and it's a shame because they are lacking in employees and in shoes from the women's department. The mens department had a plethora of shoes and in all sizes that I could see. When it came to dressy shoes for women... what a struggle. Either sizes were missing, SHOES from the boxes were missing or the shelf was completely empty with just a display shoe. Not a single employee to be found and boxes of shoes all over the floor and benches to it to try on shoes.. Such a shame that this store is so big but lacks the quality. read more

It's a big, shoe-filled heaven for women, and yeah, there's about 3 rows of shoes for men, but that's all they really need. Everything from flip flops to designer heels, DSW has got it. I purchased 3 pairs of shoes online and when they arrived, only 1 pair of the 3 was a perfect fit. I went in hoping to exchange 1 pair and return the other (I really didn't want to return them but they were too narrow). My experiences at DSW have always been good. I find myself enjoying their sales section in the back, as well as their regular priced items in the middle of the store. During the holidays, I often go there to buy shoes or purses for family and friends. The staff is very helpful. The service, cleanliness and above all the merchandise keeps me coming back for more and more.The mega shoe shop took my breath away with the most sexiest pair of gladiator sandals from BCBG the first time I walked in. On my most recent visit there, I nabbed a pair of Sergio Zelcer booties for 50% percent less off the original price. These shoes are so freaking haute they should be illegal! I also nabbed two pairs of BCBG booties made out of suede. One in black and the other in nude. I know, I know, I've gone bootie bonkers. But, they are just so versatile and comfy, I can't help it. I love this store. Honestly it's dangerous, especially since they send me so many coupons (can we say justification?). I usually buy online and just come here to return what I don't want. I came here to return a pair of shoes that didn't look as good in person. Shoe shopping is therapy, really, for me; it's the most self rewarding thing. The only thing that tops it is finding a great deal. I gave DSW five stars not just for its great discount prices but the A+ service I received in my last visit. I visited last week for a new pair of sneakers and walked out with a pair of wedges instead. The wedges were $100 and the last in my size but had a repairable defect. I took them to the counter and asked if I could get a discount if on the defective shoe and the manager without hesitation gave me 30% off. I also had a $20, $15, and another $10 coupon so the shoe ended up being a little over $25. GREAT Service, GREAT prices! read more
