As the invoice said we can return it to any Finish Line store in person, we decide it's better to bring the shoes to the store for an exchange. Turns out it's not *any* store - those inside a Macy won't work, they can only give us a Macy gift card. So we drove here, even though we hardly shop at this mall. We were able to try different sizes for the perfect fit, and Sam helped us order the one in the right size and right color to be shipped to our house! Moreover, we get to pay the online sale price which is $20 less than the store's. How awesome. Next time I'll definitely go to the store instead of ordering directly online!

I didn't get a tracking number for my order until a week later. I kept thinking this was a scam after calling the numbers and not getting any type of help. The service i received from them was outstanding!! They made me feel like family. When I first walked in the furniture section of the Backstage Dept., looking for assistance in purchasing an item, I encountered one guy that told me politely, sorry he's on break, then I met Erik, that seemed like he was already busy doing something BUT ERIK STOPPED AND ASKED ME IF I NEEDED HELP! Erik proceeded to help me, even went and got the supervisor, Tracey, to further assist me!!! Erik went on to finish what he was previously doing but would return to check on me. Erik left me in the hands of a wonderful PATIENT COMPASSIONATE AND UNDERSTANDING human, TRACEY!! I put a pair of air max's on hold thinking I'd be back the very next day. I ended up coming back a week later and was lucky they hadn't been sold.
