As I was looking at the immense number of grips to choose from, I asked a younger girl who worked there which she would suggest and she just pointed and said any. So I was still confused-so I asked another associate who was stringing a tennis racket and he also sort of gave a half ass answer and called for another associate. The employees were not very friendly or helpful-hence I am not giving five stars. However, I finally got the right person-seemed like the manager and she was fantastic. She spent about 20 minutes trying to peal apart my old grip--using all sorts of tools and it was disintegrating in her hands, so I felt really bad. Once she managed to get it off she put on the new grip for me, which was so nice--she really went out of her way to make sure it worked, so I appreciated that. Also-their selection is fabulous--at least in the pickleball area where I was looking--tons of rackets to demo, grips, bags, tennis/pickleball attire etc. I will definitely will go back in the future, if I need other pickleball items, just hoping the employees won't look so annoyed and disinterested if I ask a question.

I bought a $400 dress that ripped after two wearings. It was a summer dress and didn't realize it was ripped until I pulled it out to wear in summer 2024. I brought in and they told me too bad, too late??? It was over a year. Suggested I call the company yourself. This wasn't some cheap dress. They should stand behind their merchandise. I have spent at least $ 5,000 between their Rye and Mt Kisco stores and expected to be treated like a valued customer. Did I expect a 400 credit? No. But at least something to recognize the dress was and defective and acknowledge my business. Some kind of credit. I will never shop here again. Be warned.

They secured an alligator hide to remake the leather purse strap. They relined the bag and the shoes. When finished (which took about 4 weeks, due to waiting for the alligator hide) this pair of shoes with the matching bag looked like new. I've also had Occhicone re-dye a Coach bag, repair a briefcase, fix many pairs of shoes for me. I have a special pair of Ferragamos that fit me like a glove, and I bring them in every year for rehab. After 15 years, they look new. I give Occhicone 5 stars! PS, they could do much better answering their voice messages. I sent them a post card asking them to call me.

This store sizes your child properly and will honestly tell you when it is time for new shoes. I've brought my son in thinking he needed new shoes only to be told "not yet". They don't push or try to make a sale unless it is the best shoe for the little customer. Shopping for shoes has always been hard for me. My feet run on the larger side and are very wide as well as one of them being half a size bigger than the other. Shari, the woman who helped me, was one of the most accommodating, enthusiastic, and genuinely enjoyable people I have ever met. I usually don't look forward to shopping whatsoever let alone shoe shopping, and not only did I find shoes I loved Shari somehow made me EXCITED about the entire thing. I was planning to stop in for maybe 5 minutes, but somehow I was In the store for over 4 hours! Shari brought out not only shoes I had asked to see, but also styles and colors that were not on the floor that she thought I would like and that were actually in my size. She also heard I lived near snow and without me having to ask brought out brands that were water proof and all weather boots. I was astonished how enthusiastic she was about the whole process. I actually found shoes I loved which almost never happens. I never once felt pressured to buy anything and loved shopping so much I actually started to shop for clothes as well. She was also very knowledgeable about all the brands they carry. There was a coat I loved that I was sure was real fur and being a vegan I couldn't bring myself to buy it. Shari actually knew quite a bit about the brand and informed me they were a progressive faux fur company that were committed to making high quality products without the use of animals. She knew a lot about the owners of the company and their origins. I found a brand I love which wouldn't have happened without Shari being so knowledgeable about her products. If you have time I would stop into the store just to have Shari help you shop. I know she's moving from the Greenwich location to be the manager at the location in Mount Kisco. She's honestly wonderful and if I could bring her everywhere I shop I would!
