The store owner insisted that he replace the small light bulbs with LEDs before we could take it home. When we installed the chandalier and turned it on thick wires were clearly visible and some of the LEDs stuck out of the lamp shade. The poor workmanship made the lovely antique worse than a cheap Ikea lamp. When we left the chandalier on for a few minutes the LEDs started flickering violently. When I called and then visited the store in person the owner, Neal, would not consider a refund. I sent photos and videos of the malfunctioning and poorly wired lamp at his request. After a week of not hearing anything I messaged him again. He called me and started yelling at my wife and I. He continued to yell and talk over me for 20 minutes. He tried to manipulate the conversation so that he would not be at fault and refused to refund us. Now we have a $2,800 chandalier that we cannot use. I have never had anyone yell at me like this. Also, they asked me for my phone number to verify it when I called, but they called my daughter instead who lives in another state to say that they couldn't process the payment. Really? They verified who I was my personal information including phone number and they verified my pharmacy information to make sure that I had it and they quoted me the six dollar copayment and they promised that they would deliver this today. I that I couldn't get over there. I told I had a UTI and I even told them I was leaving an envelope for the delivery taped to the door because I had to work. So after having an account there for years and always paying copayments and having a pharmacy insurance coverage that they verified, for $6 I couldn't get an antibiotic for a bad UTI, when they are being paid for the prescription through insurance.? why confirm my information when they don't call me for personally? why not call my daughter for the six dollars when they can't reach me? Instead, I am left hanging tonight. The worst part is I have some kind of a credit there that I always see on my receipt. Why not use the credit which I can never figure out how to use anyway?

It's been difficult to get an appointment at most of the locations because despite the stores being open, there might not be a nurse on site. The nurses came up, Christine and Melani (apologies if I fudged the spelling). It seemed like Melani was being trained and I appreciated being asked for permission to allow her to change the posts on my daughter. I'm in medical myself, so I understand the need for hands-on training. My kiddo was calm and if she felt any pain she didn't let on. They were gentle and made sure everything was set the right way before sending us off. I completely forgot the name of the woman that checked us out. She was also very nice. While my daughter was being serviced, I inquired about getting my tragus pierced and Christine checked out the ear and said it shouldn't be a problem. I think I will come back to get my own piercings done very soon!

There's too much to write about every interaction, but to highlight: 1. The owner, Walter, is extremely rude, condescending, mean spirited, and unprofessional. He turned every conversation into an argument, and he made vindictive comments, like "now you can tell all your friends you ripped off your local watchmaker" to start off a conversation about price - never a productive starting point. 2. They constantly broke their own standards and promises, which made for a very frustrating experience. Told me they'd call in two weeks, never did, then got angry when I would check in after 3-4 weeks. This happened multiple times. They replaced parts when they told me they would consult me before replacing any part. 3. They told me it would take 2 weeks to service, but they had my Rolex for 6 months, and I had to return it once because they created a new problem after the first servicing. 4. They refused to show me any proof of replaced parts, while claiming they were all Rolex parts.
